Question for MAGA supporters

Man, some weird shit on here the last two days. Some have gone a bit crazy in their quest to villify anyone who doesn't have the exact same thought process. I think there have been at least 4 people in the last few weeks who have wrongly assumed someone is a Trump supporter just because their rhetoric didn't meet their expectations. It's embarrassing as liberal to read some of the responses. Ask a question, read the answer and provide a follow-up if you want further discussion. Or, ignore the poster if you think they're full of shit. I'm starting to see why radical left is being thrown around so much.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Another intuitive remark/post from a Canadian.  Thank you for your valuable input.
    1. I'm a dual citizen. Even if I weren't, I still wouldn't require your permission to post here. If you don't like what I have to say, block me
    2. I treat others with the respect they show on here, that's why I have the displeasure of writing to you directly for the first time.

    Have a day.
No one said you needed permission.  Let’s not get sensitive and dramatic, Ben.  I hope you are coping well. Take care of yourself.
Complaining on a message board about politics = being dramatic

Storming the capitol to prevent a peaceful transfer of power = appropriate behavior

This clarification has been helpful for many of us on planet Earth.

Are you implying these are my beliefs?  Yet another one...
What is your take on 1/6 then?
Good talk, GoBeavers.  Is there anything else I can help you with?
I’m pretty adept at being a smart ass on the internet, too, but I usually wait until someone dishes it out first.

Do you think the events around 1/6 (Trump’s
scheme to undermine the election, etc) and other conscious attempts by him to undermine trust in democratic systems and institutions will have a long lasting effect, or do you think it returns to pre-Trump levels after he’s gone?
Only today you decided to chime in unprovoked along with the rest, got it.

I do not think it will, but then again I do not have a crystal ball, GoBeavers.

The operative word in your salad is "attempts".  Our democracy is just fine, and always will be.  Is that ok for me to say here?  Please advise, I wouldn't want to offend anyone.  I was berated by a Canadian dude earlier because I don't believe Donald Trump will end the free world.  This guy was on tilt.

Our democracy isn’t just fine. It’s been weakened and this is measurable by the decline in trust Americans have in the institutions needed for a functioning democracy.

You didn't want a genuine back and forth, you chimed in with a question you thought you knew the answer to, but didn't.

Well then you stay very afraid, GoBeavers.

So if I express my honestly held opinion that, just like before, American democracy will survive Trump’s presidency, I’m automatically a troll?

If so then I don’t even know how anyone is going to be genuinely heard around here. It’s almost embarrassing.
    Hmmmmmm, no.
You live in a 39,000 post fantasy world.
No, I live in my mother’s basement.

Only today you decided to chime in unprovoked along with the rest, got it.

I do not think it will, but then again I do not have a crystal ball, GoBeavers.

The operative word in your salad is "attempts".  Our democracy is just fine, and always will be.  Is that ok for me to say here?  Please advise, I wouldn't want to offend anyone.  I was berated by a Canadian dude earlier because I don't believe Donald Trump will end the free world.  This guy was on tilt.

If you’re here for genuine back and forth, why would I need to be provoked? I don’t remember you from earlier but I thought I’d throw out a question to see what you think. If you want to be chippy, them direct it at certain people.

Lol. Weren’t you just saying something about people making assumptions about you? People were assuming you were a trumper, and by the time I came around you clarified you weren’t. So I just thought I’d ask a question about a significant event from his presidency and how it represents something larger. Oh well. I tried.

Absence?  Was I supposed to leave the site because I don't agree with you?  Such a weird day with you people.  The entitlement, good grief.

I'm from South Philadelphia.  Living in Chicago.  Moving to Boston burbs in a week. Shitty guess, Mad Max.

Are you hot yet?  I don't know what that means, but I can say you are bizarre.  If that helps?

If you’re here for genuine back and forth, why would I need to be provoked? I don’t remember you from earlier but I thought I’d throw out a question to see what you think. If you want to be chippy, them direct it at certain people.

Lol. Weren’t you just saying something about people making assumptions about you? People were assuming you were a trumper, and by the time I came around you clarified you weren’t. So I just thought I’d ask a question about a significant event from his presidency and how it represents something larger. Oh well. I tried.
    Good effort.  Go Beavers!

Oh boy.  They've brought in the reinforcements.
What does this mean? Do I have some sort of super secret triple membership privileges or something? Do I get a special tee shirt or download code? How’s about a Benny? Do I get a Benny? Sealed?

    Who are they?
Oh boy, Halifax Max is heating up.

Let's agree to disagree.  You hate America, I don't.  Fair enough?  No reason to argue over that, and again, my stance needs no explanation.  That's a violation to even suggest it does where I come from.
Your absence lasted all of 15 minutes, unfortunately. Let me guess, you’re from a small town (to the bold)?

Hate is a strong word. Again, you think you know a lot of things you don’t know. Am I hot yet?

Do you remember the content of your posts? Seems like you don’t based upon your questions.

Boston ‘burbs? Poor you. South Philly? Explains a lot.

Did I, or anyone, say you had to leave the site for not agreeing with someone on here? Weird take. What are we entitled to? Our opinions I suppose. Weird, eh? But you did claim, how did you put it, that you were stepping away because I said, “sorry, not sorry.” Oh the drama.

Good luck with the move. They say it can be as stressful as a death in the family or a divorce.

Are you hot yet?  I don't know what that means, but I can say you are bizarre.  If that helps?
Do you remember the content of your posts? Seems like you don’t based upon your questions.

Boston ‘burbs? Poor you. South Philly? Explains a lot.

Did I, or anyone, say you had to leave the site for not agreeing with someone on here? Weird take. What are we entitled to? Our opinions I suppose. Weird, eh? But you did claim, how did you put it, that you were stepping away because I said, “sorry, not sorry.” Oh the drama.

Good luck with the move. They say it can be as stressful as a death in the family or a divorce.

I'll consider the source when it comes to your opinion.  I can't wait to get on the east coast again.  Living on the water, American flags everywhere out there too.  You can feel the Americana in those south burbs.  You would hate your life over there Mad Max.

222 posts and still nothing to say. Please tell us how ‘Murica is the “greatest nation on earth.” Or, explain what exactly the POOTWH Administration is going to do to MAGA, particularly with the clown carnival of selections at the helm.

If you’re here for genuine back and forth, why would I need to be provoked? I don’t remember you from earlier but I thought I’d throw out a question to see what you think. If you want to be chippy, them direct it at certain people.

Lol. Weren’t you just saying something about people making assumptions about you? People were assuming you were a trumper, and by the time I came around you clarified you weren’t. So I just thought I’d ask a question about a significant event from his presidency and how it represents something larger. Oh well. I tried.
    Good effort.  Go Beavers!
Thanks. Your troll game isn’t the best, but also not the worst.
You got it, Go Beavers. You know the rules, we can only be radicals or trolls around these parts.  Nothing in between.
Try being in between and see what response you get.

The same stars & stripes that were used to beat cops with on 1/6? Nah I don’t fly that flag anymore it’s associated with the MAGA crowd I don’t want any part of that! Maybe one day in the future when the MAGA’s are gone I might fly it again..

Your posts have been so spot on about this subject. Thank you.

    Good morning Mad Max.

Well, "over there" is east.  I'm moving to Plymouth, not sure if that is considered a 'Boston burb" per se, but maybe you can clarify?  You seem to be familiar with the area.  I'll work in Bridgewater, so in between your projected towns.  I have been frequenting all around the areas south to Bridgewater, east to Plymouth.  Ended up choosing Plymouth.  I can see the Mayflower II from my front door.  I mean, can it get more Americana?  Its called "America's Hometown".  Place is beautiful.  And the flags lining literally every town from Boston to Bridgewater, to Plymouth is a joy to be around.

Are you a wanna be Canadian, Mad Max?  Or is that actually Halifax, MA?  Tell me we are about to be neighbors!  My goodness, you must hate where you live if your name is referring to Halifax, MA.  Can we meet for brunch?

Well I do like to point out absurdity.

I mean was my comment really "villifying"? Christ people grow spines.

Do I need to apologize to you for misinterpreting your attacks? I'm sorry. I apologize. I meant no offense. I certainly didn't intend for people here to soil themselves and feel like they had to post diatribes about my misinterpretations.

    Did that sound smart?
