I don't know what company you work for, but I guess you would think it was a good move to hire someone with no experience to lead HR, Finance or Operations. We've see this circus before. Experience in these roles isn't the issue you seem to think it is, but inexperience sure will be. We're going to be steamrolled domestically and globally. Weak leadership will embolden people/foreign countries to act out.
