    Yeah. Pay it and get the receipt. Send it to 10c with your order number and they will refund you. They processed my refund within 10min of my email. Great service.

    Yeah, for the last couple of years, we have the additional charge applied at checkout. 10c said 'It looks like they were over labeled on top of the barcode which was to include the IOSS info.'

    @Kearn5y Did your package take time to clear customs? Mine has been in Dublin since Saturday morning and I haven’t heard anything from them yet.

    Paid it on Friday evening and it moved quicker than normal. Surprised its out for delivery today as sometimes it sits over a week after customs. Use the alternate tracking number provided under Shipping Info. Its the tracking for An Post and it will be more upto date.

    I've got customs 23 euros per bag extra here in the Netherlands. On top of what i paid true 10c

    Looks like it'll arrive on Wednesday...which most likely means next week. I'm cool with that! I only had one tracking number, so no Benny or Strat for me, unfortunately. I knew it was a huge longshot & I'm looking forward to seeing what arrives!
