I take these shipping dates with a grain or two of salt. Whenever I see a estimated date from the 10C using Mail Innovations, I have been conditioned to expect that date or later for the hand off to USPS, and then another 3-4 days for actual delivery.
  • On a more serious note, thanks Gus for the info, my partner's M bag has been sitting at USPS here in town for a few days now. Makes sense that it can't move until they have capacity to deliver. I can wait (tap tap tap tap tap tap)

    Any word on Men’s Small?
My men's small went to 'awaiting shipping' just today.

I'm going to get dinged for extra import duties, I just know it.
  • People are asking why things are delayed. It’s not a debate, just a lot of info thrown around that isn’t correct. Trying to be helpful so people understand how the system actually works.

Key thing I’d take away is, both companies work hard and it’s the holidays. Stuff gets delayed. Happens! But it will get there.

There are shipping charts online that show approximate shipping times for both. Once your item shows as shipped, it will be 1-5 business days in the ups system. Once it’s delivered to usps, it will most likely be delivered next day unless they’re delayed.

Yeah, we're not doing the UPS/USPS thing here. Reveals only (can't believe *I'm* the one saying, lol)

I want to be clear that I was also not talking smack about UPS. I know you all work your asses off. The problem is a logistical glitch with how Mail Innovations operates. It's like playing telephone with too many people. It's a terrible system, and we've all complained about it, and it stays, so no point in trying to get 10C to change that. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I knew it wouldn't. Scheduled for today, but also know that is up in the air. I'm just chilling and being patient. It's not life or death. It's only a bunch of shirts(and maybe cats).

Probably be last to ship since it was the last to sell out.

Good point. I’m not in a rush. The shirts are going to be Christmas presents for my 12 year old boy, all the rest for me!
  • Ok, I have a serious problem. I have three cats but only two mystery bags on the way. Do I double upon one? Shoot both packs with all three cats? Skip the cats and only include the dog? And what if they send me duplicate cats? FFS this is stressful
I've got you. All the cats in one, and the dog in the other. Frankly we need more dogs represented in this thread anyway.

  • My men's M still says processing, awaiting shipping, in my 10c acct. I thought Santos said those all went out last week? Maybe he's saving the best for last?

If they got a scan in Fife, most likely won’t get another scan again until they get close to their destination. For example, if something leaves Fife for say, Atlanta, in all likelihood it will be on a train for 4-5 days with no scans. Once it gets to the actual delivery area, you should see a flurry of scans and expect it within a day (or if backed up locally, another day or two). I ordered two bags, both sat here in Eugene for a day before getting delivered. And for the record, tracking didn’t say they were actually delivered until a day later.

I think it’s  accurate that the two tracking systems might not mesh very well. But the timetables should still be relatively solid. Also, re: Fife, I’m guessing that’s a big USPS hub? Very possible they’re backed up. Close proximity to Amazon headquarters and they tend to flood all the delivery systems this time of year.

And one last point, 10c often generates labels before they actually ship. But once they actually get in the system, estimated delivery dates should update. The system is based on things shipping same day as label creation. When that’s not the case, it won’t update until it gets a pickup scan, which often isn’t until the end of a day.

Hope that all helps. It’s a good system, but it certainly works more smoothly when it’s not nearing the holidays lol

The L and XL were sold out by the time I got in. Plus I already have WAAAAYYYY too many shirts. I have a feeling there’s gonna be some pretty cool shirts in Small. Good luck to you too!

He's quite a handful to say the least.  Honestly more like a dog.  Don't get a Bengal if you want a lap cat....
He has mellowed a bit with age - turned 13 this year.

When the 3XLs ship if anyone has duplicate tees If I dig them I’ll take them off your hands for cold hard cash, or trade if I have anything you’re looking for .
