It's a very rewarding hobby.  I recommend learning guitar even if you don't get one delivered.  Yamaha makes excellent quality gear, and it's quality / price ratio is top tier.  My Yamaha acoustic was $300, but has the quality of those acoustics that are over $1K.  To this day, it's my favorite piece of music gear that I own.  No cords needed, just pick up and play.

But if this sweet beautiful electric shows up at my door, then I will learn how to play "Hard To Imagine" as my first song on this amazing guitar.

I love this, and agreed its a great hobby! One of the first things I did when I made a bit of money beyond enough for necessities was I bought a Taylor acoustic, and its one of my greatest joys. you don't need to play for anyone but yourself.

One thing I haven't bought is a really nice acoustic guitar. I have a Les Paul and a Strat that I have purchased over the years to encourage me to play more and I've failed at that.

I inherited a 1951 Gibson acoustic L50 from my grandpa but I'm too afraid to carry it around. I also have an Alvarez acoustic that my wife bought about 35 years ago that is decent but just doesn't have the action and sound to keep me interested.

I've thought about seeking out a Taylor or Martin acoustic

Thanks. I thought the skull was early 2000s. I should have been able to place it with Riot Act.

XXL in IL today. Thanks Santos! Weight is 2.64 lb. I struck out on shirts that I wanted, but still fun.

The A-heart sticker is Jeff Ament, I recognize it from his solo album ‘While My Heart Beats’ 2012. I’m not sure where else Jeff may have used it for.
