What's your alternative tracking number on the UPS site? If it starts with the letter L, copy and paste that on Canada Post's website. If it starts with an A .. try  https://parcelsapp.com

Still waiting for XL in Ontario and no tracking info showing for anything except for  November 29th. 

Mine is the same, cleared customs on the 29th and is waiting to be picked up when I check Canada Post. Probably just in the backlog.

Wife’s WM arrived yesterday in Canada.  Was delivered by Dragonfly.  No customs charges and a little bonus.
