Auckland New Zealand show Nov 8th - here we come!

Two Canadians heading to NZ Nov 4th for a vacation and show on the 8th in Auckland! I couldn't get any North American tix this tour but we'll be in the GA on the 8th! Is there ANY possibility to make a song request here for that night? Please Please PJ, any chance we can convince you to play a song you haven't played since 2014 and that I've never caught live?

NO WAY

Followed by QUICK ESCAPE and it would make my night!  My career path has been in a field that increasingly feels like I make no difference at all, and I'm desperately seeking an escape route from the frustration and sadness. No Way and Quick Escape pretty much says it all for me. Please please please. And thanks for all the years of music - PJ, y'all mean so much to all of us.

It's pretty similar, though Canada has a slight edge.

Food may be a little cheaper (though eating out probably isn't) - beer is more expensive here, as is petrol.  Potato chips are cheaper.

Things are getting pretty intense up here. We try not to eat out. Maybe once or twice a month. Home cooked meals are so much better.

Here they keep adding carbon tax to gas. Don't think you guys have down there? It's a joke.

Our gas was almost twice as much as your gas - which affects the cost of EVERYTHING.  Plus no tipping, as wages are generally higher to try and cover it.

Enjoy the gigs and if your in NZ for a awhile get out of Auckland as quick as possible. NZ is a beautiful country on the coasts. Auckland, sorry not sorry is a shithole.

Based on the elections - I think this show has the potential to bring out a lot of energy and anger....Buckle Up, New Zealand.

Hey now, get ready for some amazing live Pearl Jam!

Just noticed that you have Pixies opening as well.  Their new album "The Night the Zombies Came" is decent and I recommend giving it a spin
    I'm spinning, oh-oh-oh I'm spinning

For the 10C early entry, how do you tell if your ticket is a 10C ticket? The ones I have just say TICKET under ticket type. I can access the email but it seems weird as I can't find anything to distinguish them from normal tickets.

Couple of additional things I noted but missing from the review -
    — Daughter had both”Monkey Gone To Heaven” and “Another Brick in the Wall” tags (politicians subbed for teachers)
    - Spin the Black Circle was dedicated to Zane Lowe.
    -  Habit included Liam Finn
    -  Rockin’ In The Free World also had Liam and  Eliza Jane (Liam’s offsider) join on the song.

and if you’d heard the RockFM interview, Westie Lee did indeed wear his caricature dress.

One last thing - I had to explain to the Americans around me what a Bogan was.  thanks Ed.
