@@@ 30 YEARS of PJ in NZ! HARD TO IMAGINE in AUCKLAND!! @@@

Hello, kia ora!

In just 2 weeks time we'll be on show eve of the 1st PJ shows in NZ & AU in nearly 11 years and the 1st non-festival gigs in 15 years!!
Pearl Jam have only played in New Zealand 7 times since 1995 - LET'S GO!

This is a request for one of the great PJ songs - HARD TO IMAGINE!! Who's with me??

Look no big backstory but how about these indisputable facts to support H2IxNZ!

***Since it's live debut in 1992 it's only been played 45 times - criminal for one of the great OGs!
***It has NEVER been played in NZ or AU!***
***Many of us faithful at AKL were risking life & limb at those 1st shows in 95 under the circus tent that was Mt Smart Supertop!
***AKL 09 we got Hold On! 2014 we got Footsteps, Hard to Imagine for the trifecta

Hopefully I'll be on the rail again with this request but let's get some virtual noise going for HARD TO IMAGINE in AUCKLAND!! Who's with me??

Such a gem, LOVE this song.  I got a tip for you to help this song get played.  Stream it on Spotify on repeat.  I mean REALLY repeat it.  I believe they check the Spotify stats in each region to see which songs would be great to put on the setlist.  It helps the more people that stream it.  This is of course for those that live with a couple hundred miles of where the show will be played.

Early this year I had Off He Goes on repeat, for almost 2 days straight.  I live in LA and got it at the LA show, and also at Ohana.

So plug your phone in to the charger and put Hard To Imagine on repeat.

    Hope you get it rock_on

    Hey friends
It's approaching 8.30pm NZT which means in exactly wo weeks we're all set to go for the 1st time in nearly 11 years! LET's GO!!
TBH most of the socials I'm seeing are about selling tickets, not exactly helping the excitement build! So let's get some build-up vibes going here!
1st Q for y'all heading to any of the shows down-under - Kiwis and our Aussie mates plus all the international fans heading down and I know there are plenty...

With two shows per city (ex GC) what are your top TWO white whale songs or just the two songs you're really hoping to hear on this leg?
I mean obviously Hard to Imagine is your #1 right, but what's your 2nd one ;-)

    For me it's-
    1. HARD TO IMAGINE
    2. WASH

    What are yours?

I really really would love UNDONE- was hoping given the timing of it that we might get it

HABIT - had hoped to hear this finally in Tottenham this year :(  so would be great if they played it in Auckland

100% Undone would be incredible, we did get Hold On so anything is possible!
Odds for Habit have got to be high with Liam playing- he came out to sing Habit in AKL 14 & in Ohana 2 shows back 🤘

So I just looked at tickets available on TM and man, they really blew it having these shows in stadium instead of arena. 2nd show pretty wide open...

Yeah they gambled and it looks like the 2nd shows will have a lot of empty seats but GC & prob GA will be full, wonder what that’ll mean for setlists…Katowice vibes?! 🙏

True and it will be grand! But no harm in speculating, one thing for sure we’ll get plenty of Dark Matter and can’t wait to hear these new songs live 🤙

Interested to know if any NZ fans have been to all 7 NZ shows??
I’ve been in the front row of 6 but missed Wellington 1998 as I was starting my first proper job in Auckland.
Remains a regret as it’s my hometown! But only missing Who You Are from that great set.

I'm hoping they'll drop the prices a few days before and then I'll pick one up for the Sunday show.

Hey folks, we’re down to 9 sleeps to go here!

Can’t wait to hear the new Dark Matter tracks.

Do you have another album you’re hoping to hear multiple songs from?

No Code would be my pick…
