    Peninsula hotel lobby.
  • Great show but the people in row in front of me in the field seats were talking during half the show even during some of the hits very distracting

What a great show. Top tier. All the money and effort to get to Wrigley tonight was 100% worth it. Set list was incredible... our section was along for the ride every step of the way.

People in my section were streaming football, shopping on Amazon, taking phone calls…..etc. 75% wouldn’t even stand for a song. Why even go to a show?

I had a similar thing N1 on the field. Some people who were into it, but three guys behind me who only cared about, seemingly, three songs and half of them at best. Weird vibe. Was in the 300s tonight and a good amount of people were sitting but didn't notice nearly as many talkers.

Section k off on stone's side was rocking nicely.

Not out of control but certainly not bored.

It's amazing how much alcohol some people drink at shows, especially given the price. Not being judgey, but just an observation.

People have unrealistic expectations that the band can always top itself. That would be a dream setlist in most locations but at wrigley people complain 😝

My only gripe from the show last night was the Big Wave tease. Really made me think they were about to play it. Yesterday may have been more of the hits than Thursday but I think the crowd and band energy was higher yesterday.

21st show and best versions of Better Man and Jeremy I’ve ever heard. Crowd was energetic all around and the section I was in was meh but didn’t take the energy away! No matter what we love a band that switches things up and does so nightly. There will be repeats and there will be songs you don’t always love but you love the band and their music, every show is a gift!
    98: St. Louis. 2000: Alpine. 2003: Chicago. 2006: Chicago Night 2, Milwaukee Night 1. 2007: Chicago (Lolla). 2009: Chicago 1 & 2. 2011: Alpine 1 & 2. 2013: Chicago & LA Night 1. 2016: Chicago 1 & 2. 2018: Chicago 1 & 2.

I'm fine with paring back the set lengths but would rather not have a Glen Hansard cover included after a Glen Hansard opening set

Couldn’t agree more. Such a waste. So many untouched songs ed could easily do solo. Around the bend or can’t keep would be incredible.
