Fenway: how to get tix in to MLB app?

I got my 9/15 tix through the Ten Club and the tickets are in my Ticketmaster account. Yesterday I received an email from Ticketmaster saying they need to be in the MLB app but I can't figure out how to do that (of course they provided no instructions). I consider my self a tech savvy person but I am stumped.

    I think you may have to wait until the 10 day period where it says you can't purchase tickets anymore via TM?  Then I assume you have to transfer the TM tickets over to the MLB app. Kinda dumb

    Pretty sure this happens automatically without any action on the buyers part. Like you’ll get an email saying to login to (or create if you don’t have one) the MLB Ballpark app with the same email you use for Ticketmaster.

    No because it is still over 10 days before Fenway 1 (9/15).

    Hopefully they’ll realize the cluster it is going to be and will do what Wrigley did and just have TM reading devices for TM tix and MLB readers for Sox.com tix.  Worked very well.  They just divided the entry points by ticket type.

    My 10Club tix are still in my TM account, as well.  I set up a MLB account but cannot figure out how to move them there. Did you happen to get any insight?

    Rep from MLB says that tix will automatically transfer from TM to MLB if you used same email 7 days prior to show start.

    My tickets still have transferred and my MLB login is using the same email that I bought the tickets with. Not sure if it is because I bought a fan to fan exchange ticket on Ticketmaster.

    My f2f tickets for night 1 haven't shown up yet in the Ballpark app but my 10c tix for night 2 are there.

    I received this email as well. I was concerned that it was a scam, so I did nothing. Also, my TM tickets don’t have a barcode to scan. 
    I didn’t have this problem when PJ played at Fenway 6 years ago.

    Some shows in the past that were non transferable at Fenway allowed it day of I heard. I would not count on it however.

    I texted a huge group of friends about this situation and none of them knew about it.  How many people are going to be trying to get in on Sunday and having to step aside so they can download the ballpark app?

    And I know emails were sent. But a lot of people (including my knucklehead friends) don't always pay attention to that stuff.

    I did a little digging on the MLB App. In the hamburger menu, there is a link to the Ballpark App. My tickets show in the Ballpark App. 

    Could it be any more difficult to see this band? 
     
    1. Be a 10C member.
    2. Have a TM account for the pre-sale selection.
    3. Wait for tickets to show in TM.
    4. Get the MLB App 
    5. Re-Direct to the Ballpark App
    6. Hope that the App(s) work on day of.

    UPDATE….
    My husband figured it out. I had downloaded the MLB app. It is supposed to be the MLB Ball Park app. 
    We received an email once we downloaded that app to verify the email address. The tickets are there!
