Organizers appear to be hiding behind fine print and not offering refunds.  Possibly that is their legal right but it’s a questionable business practice in my opinion.

    I went to a show about 2 months ago where the opening act had to cancel, and they were allowing people to get refunds. Seems like the headliner of a festival cancelling would be grounds for a refund. If they want to be dicks about it, I'm sure your cc company would side with you if you dispute the charges.

    I was in a similar situation with Boston Calling a few years ago. Bought tickets when foo fighters and rage were the headliners. After they backed out, I asked about a refund but they just told me the lineup is subject to change. 

    I used PayPal and found they had something in their terms and conditions about products being significantly different than described. Or something along those lines. I contacted them and explained the situation and they said they’d issue a chargeback but I should work with front gate to get a refund first. 

    After telling front gate that they’d issue a chargeback, they quickly refunded me. May be worth it to give that a shot. Ohana is using front gate too

    I cancelled my hotel, it was refundable, and will drive up both Friday and Sunday. As far as Saturday, no thanks. Guess Ill take one, well three, for the team!

    It’s a 3 day.  I might decide to use it in the end.  It’s just bad that they’re being evil.  They need to be called out on this.

    You might break even, might lose a couple bucks. BUT, your payment is within 7-10 business days & they just void the wristbands, sending the buyer new ones. I've used this before. Worked out fine. Good luck to both!
