And I know college is not for everyone and not everyone can afford it (I'd love to see that change BTW), but you begin to see why. limiting the exposure of people to broader concepts, new, varied experiences, and broadening horizons helps them cultivate a base of people who don't use critical reasoning, making it easy to be swept up by these movements.
