To celebrate the end of Mental Health Awareness Month - I, in support, of The Walking Tall Movement have partnered with the great folks at Untamed Coffee Company in Sumner, WA.

Untamed is owned by a local hero for having served well over 20 years as a Fire Fighter in Seattle. He continues giving back not only by providing great drinks but more importantly his shop provides a safe space for all to be their authentic selves.

It is for these reasons, and many more, that I am honored to conduct several mental health workshops at Untamed Coffee Co. for all to attend. Together we can break the stigma.

You may be wondering what brings me to speak on mental health. Traumatic life experiences over the last two years have more than qualified me to encourage vulnerability and approachability in us all. Check out our site.

To further the impact next week, there will be 2 special "Walking Tall" drinks being sold at Untamed. 10% of all sales benefit another great organization working to benefit First Responders in Seattle, Code4NW.

I truly hope you all can join me at Untamed while we prove that vulnerability is strength.
