How hard is it to get picks at a show?

Do you need to be first 2-3 rows? Would love a pick in Dublin, but won’t be that close to the stage I imagine.

Yeah- I’d say first few rows… you could also comb the floor once the shows over and maybe get lucky.🍀

Agreed. I got one when I was second off the rail. Last year I was 10 to 15 deep. I thought for sure I'd get one that Mike threw out after the show, because he was making it rain at one point. They were all scooped up by the time I could check after the show.

    ^^true.
If you hang after show outsidw with a few other fans may score.  See where the band is leaving from.  Must be willing to stand around a longgggg time. Eddie's known to stay out pretty dang late. Worth it .

If you're ga Mike can chuck them pretty far.

Keep a positive pick attitude and one will find you.
Sometimes they have a mind of their own and bounce jump twist all over the place.
Don't be shy to ask other fans.  May have some doubles if they get caught in Storm McCready.

    Enjoy the show!!

I have gotten a few from Mike’s pick showers. I got one from Ed that he handed off to me in Camden, and one that he threw that happened to land at my feet at Innings Fest. In St. Louis I was walking up the stairs to leave from GA and I just happened to see a Mike pick just laying on the floor in the stands. So there are a few different ways to get them if you are vigilant. Still have nothing from Jeff or Stone though.

Good advice here. I’ve also found a pick by arriving early to a show, presumably from soundcheck. It was immediately side stage in an arena seating environment in one of the first few rows. I wasn’t searching but happened to see it.

Being tuned in and sober gives a solid edge for sure.

I was about 8 deep last night and got 3. In LA I even got 2 of Mike's on stones side when he came across at the end of the show.  Not terribly hard, but fairly lucky

I’ve been first 2 or 3 in front of Mike a few times and still have never left a show with one. Ed did give me one before a solo show though.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
