Need a ticket specialist opinion

Deal is this:
Wife and I have 2 pairs for both Vegas shows.  Buddies wife can't come, now we only need 3 tickets.

How do I trade 4 Vegas ticket (2 pairs lower bowl) into 3 tickets next to each other?

Probably try to sell both of yours on F2F, and then when those sell, use that money to buy 3 together also through TM (there's lots of 3s together still)

His seats are:
Vegas 1 Section 14, P, 11-12
Vegas 2 Section 13, L, 9-10

Pretty good seats, i will likely be dumping 1 of those for each night and he will have to sit by himself, no biggie.
All tickets on TM for 3 seats are far above 10C face value price right now.

My seats are pretty good so fearful of selling them knowing my new seats would liikely be worse.
Mine are:
Vegas 1 Section 10 row V
Vegas 2 Section 24 row Q

Any advise in how i can convert 4 tickets each night into 3 tickets with as good of seats let me know.
