It seems like they need to limit token and sticker sales a bit more. Those were completely sold out Saturday before the show and I don't think they even had any to sell inside once the gates opened.

The banner is cool, but overall, not a huge fan of any of the other stuff. Bummed and a little relieved!
I usually feel the same about being relieved the merch isn’t great, but I absolutely love that banner and the poster is bad ass.
As a Knicks fan, the banner is awesome.

All the show specific stuff - buttons, stickers, t-shirts etc. are always such a nuisance to get. Make more, sell more, make more money seems like such an obvious strategy that I don’t understand why they haven’t done it.

Just let me buy a crappy quality tshirt that says Madison square garden and the date on it for $40 and 2 stickers without also having to line up for 4 hours lol !

Got to merch around 1.40pm. Was back out by 2pm. Unfortunately the posters had all sold out which I was told upon entering after they seen my empty poster tube.

They should limit posters to 1 per person.  I get people trying to make a buck but them being gone that quickly is shit.

Wtf is wrong with this band’s management it’s like they do this crap on purpose why not have an abundant supply of merch? They def know the demand is there I don’t get it, you’d think someone from 10C would shed some light on this as to why they can’t supply the demand at least have enough Tshirts I don’t collect posters but if I saw a nice tshirt I’d be inclined to buy it!

They should limit event shirts, too. One of the first guys bought twenty event shirts 😳

These tokens cost next to nothing to make and I can’t see why they wouldn’t want to just sell these on their site for every show. It’s a cool thing to collect for people who go to multiple shows.

    20/70 is f*cking BS!  Unbelievable.
  • If they made you show your ticket to have access to merch almost every issue would be resolved.

Since people can’t scalp tickets, this is what they are scalping.  All they need to do is limit everything to one or two items and have to show ticket.  It’s really that simple.

100% agree.  Especially in NYC, I’m sure it happens with any event at the Garden selling merchandise prior to event.  Or anyone with a ticket should get online access to merch.

It’s been said before a million times, but they should let 10 Club members order posters, t-shirts and stickers online and just fulfill those orders after the tour ends. I’d happily wait to get my merch if it meant avoiding all this bullshit.

How are the 20 dollar bootleg shirts outside the venue looking?

This would rule!  And be a nice added value for paying for a membership yearly.

They wouldn’t sell as much shit this way. If merch was made available to me prior to a show I probably wouldn’t buy anything. Give me a few beers, see the merch in person and next thing you know I have all the stickers, a few shirts for me and the wife, definitely a poster and possibly some other crap.

The problem with that is now they have to pay people to unpackage, package, ship, etc for the merchandise you order.

$175 a ticket, the funds are there to cover a couple part timers I’d imagine.

Probably make the ticket price go to $250 with the fees that 10C charges in shipping.

At MSG, do they hold event-specific merch for the regular inside stands, or once its gone from early merch sales, it's gone entirely?

It’s interesting, seemed like getting merch - not waiting in line - was pretty easy everywhere but MSG. Wonder what that’s about.

MSG has millions of people within a 30 minute subway or train ride, and millions more within a bigger radius.

That’s fair, but how many of them are actually fans?

People bitched when they didn’t like the poster they got.

As long as people keep paying stupid prices on eBay for this shit these problems are going to only get worse.

Yes it sold out during the day
at 6:30 the two main stands in concourse were totally restocked
at 6:45 almost every stand and there were lots had posters and stickers and day specific shirt
I was in main lobby stand just after opened
and the stack of posters on the right side stand was obscene and then head towards our seats around 6:45 (doors at 6:30) and every stand had a very reasonable line and all today specific merchandise. At 7:15 lines bigger but still todays poster etc
flippers better flip quick as there is so so many poster etc and tomorrow is a whole new poster and chase

    Mike got his sticker.
