    @playerpiano very generously hooked me up with a Boston 1 commemorative ticket. In the interest of paying it forward I have an extra Boston 2 if anyone needs it.

    Here's what I've learned through my Ticketmaster nightmare (other than: their customer service is painfully slow and in no way seem to actually want to solve problems).

    According to them, at various times:

    1. "Resale orders are not eligible for the commemorative ticket purchase." So, if you bought fan-to-fan, you cannot get a commemorative ticket.
    2. "    Since you sold your tickets for this event the Commemorative ticket will automatically be refunded." So, if you bought TM tickets, then sold them via fan-to-fan, the commemorative ticket purchase is no longer valid.

    Basically, fan-to-fan negates all avenues to procuring a commemorative ticket.

    I am still waiting on Philly 1 and 2. I know for sure that while I upgraded Philly1, I did not use F2F. I sold mine to a friend and gave them the login - so I should still be getting the ticket for that. I contacted TM and they said that they escalated both of these commemoratives, and I should be getting them within 2 weeks. If they don't show up, ISO.

    Doesn't surprise me at all if they're being inconsistent about it. But that's what they told me... they cancelled my orders and essentially refuse to discuss it further.

    I’ve sold tickets on fan to fan the last two tours and both times I received the commemorative tickets I ordered even though I sold the seats.

    For whatever this is worth. I couldn't make one of the Wrigley Field shows this past August and sold my tickets back to TM. They still mailed the commemorative tickets.

    For whatever this is worth, I ordered Wrigley night 1 commemorative and was never mailed it, not sure if I sold that ticket on F2F or not but I definitely was not refunded that $10. I am ISO Wrigley 1 & 2, MSG 1&2 (ordered tickets for these, again, nothing) Philly 2, and Fenway 1

    Stubforge.com is always an option. Did it for my Metallica shows that were digital tickets. They look just like Ticketmaster’s.
