I personally find fuck ups entertaining but with ticket prices as high as they are now, I can see why people would be fed up with the band fucking up....especially if it's due to one particular band members alcohol consumption. I have had casual fans comment about these things to me.

I noticed that when it happened. I remember turning to the person next to me and commenting how Ed messes up lyrics a lot, but how can you screw up Small Town ?

casual fans can fuck off not many bands if any put as much effort into a show as pearl jam they play nearly 30 songs a night and give it their all they're entitled to make a mistake every now and again
The worst they ever messed up a song was Alive from San Sebastion, Spain 5-26-00. I remember rollingstone.com did a thing in 2000 where they reviewed all 72 of the 2000 tours shows. Alive from this show was described as "sounding like a stoner high school pearl jam cover band." Eddie apologizes after the song.
At wembley 07 when ed starts talking about how hes wrote some shit lyrics over the years and this isnt one of them and then he forgot the lyrics to indifference

If I recall that one correctly, didn't he sing "all you fuckers hands upraised" ... then mid-song tried to explain that he meant "fuckers" in the best way imaginable ... which in turn caused him to lose his place? If that's the show I'm thinking about, that always made me laugh.
