You can really hear the U2/Cure influence on "Won't Tell" that Stone has been talking about in his interviews.

The latter part of the song --> I'm hearing a lot of "Bad" in there.

I love this stretch of the album, but I don't get why are we capping it at 3 when WFS in to Running is absolutely amazing.  I can't help but to jam out in my seat when I hear WFS end and Running kicks in.  And Dark Matter in to Won't Tell is also spectacular.  So I think we should really be calling this a 5 song stretch.
    I'm spinning, oh-oh-oh I'm spinning

I am enjoying Running much more now than I did I when I heard it as a single. I think because I am still on a high listening to Waiting for Stevie and this just smashes you in the face forcing you to take notice.

This three song run is stellar. Goosebumps throughout. By the solo in WFS I was laughing and on the verge of tears. That will blow the roof off of any venue and just to be sure it goes right into Running. Shut up and take my money! Stick a forklift in me, I’m done (I’m hefty :). Excuse me while I go pick my jaw up off the floor.
I can't agree with you more! I loved these songs! They are so good. I can't wait to hear them live, and would love.it if they played them in a row like on the album. I'm loving the new album, it's great!

I thought the exact same thing the first time I heard it. Watch the version of Bad from Rattle and Hum film at the end where Edge jams. It’s extremely similar and I love it!
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

I am loving it. There a couple of songs I will probably always skip but overall what an amazing effort.

I hear a lot of Smile in the guitar riff of Won't Tell.  Almost to the point where I wonder when they play it live if Stone will be on bass and Jeff on guitar.
Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

I told my wife yesterday that it makes sense that Jeff wrote it since he wrote Smile.

My favorite three as well!  Won't Tell gave me instant goosebumps.  It sounds like a classic 80's tune.
