Transferring Wrigley Tickets

Apologies if this has been answered, I'm sure it has.. but has anyone had success transferring 10C Tix from TM?

They're showing in my TM account with the "Transfer" button greyed out, yet the "Sell" is operational at first glance. 

I know these go through the MLB Ballpark App, but I can't seem to locate them on there.

I do not believe this option has opened for the ballparks yet. There's a few other threads with more detail and discussion on it. I'd just search the F2F threads and the Wrigley threads for more detail.

I was told by TM that the transfer button will only work in the ballpark app and tix won’t be in that app until the week of the show.  I am not certain if that’s legal on their part but that was the answer.
