Are actually fans getting these tickets or is it all bots?
I pulled a pair yesterday doing this...
First make sure you are signed in already
Then "filter" the results so only the "Face Value Exchange Tickets" show on the map
Then click back and forth between "lowest price" and "best seats" rapidly
DO NOT refresh the page
Click the tickets right when you see them, don't even wait to process where they are. That split second matters.
Thats exactly how I got my 2 sets of tickets yesterday. Now I need to try for 2 more sets though. I think it would almost be impossible to get any using a phone, since you only have about 10 - 15 seconds from when they pop up, to when you have to be done checking out.

True as far as the 10-15 seconds but what makes you think a phone is slower?

Computer you can refresh in literally less than a second. That's not possible for phone.

I guess on my phone it is very much slower, and I cant toggle between lowest price and best seats, so have to switch from 1 to 2 tickets each time instead. Some of that may be the idiot working the phone though. Mine is never fast at anything, or I just don't seem to know how to work it that good. Well, I know that I don't know how to work it that well.

That was on your phone Joe? What show? And congrats on getting a pair of tickets.
Philly Night 2 Section 110 (they are for a friend- I already had seats). Wish I could get MSG 2.
No, use a computer. It's so much faster. I don't think people on phone's have much of a chance.
Those are lower corner. Anyone score anything better yet? (Hypothesis that bots filter out less prime seats).
Fwiw I only use phone
I only use my phone as well. I find it to be much quicker than a computer. I scored several GAs last year on my phone.
its not the checkout process that a is quicker on the phone, tickets show up sooner on phone app. the OS has less data to refresh when it filters for new tickets. Last year while in line trying to get GA for people, I was on my computer and when people knew tickets were being dropped we were all refreshing. Some would yell out that they scored them before they were even in my list to try to buy..

So what’s the best way to refresh on the mobile app? Or is a browser better? Trying to get LA N1 tix, but no luck so far.
Toggling between number of tickets seems to be quickest for me
Hitting F5 is the best way IMO, toggling only refreshes that selection and is an extra click...also, last tour, toggling did not always update all the tickets vs refresh (for Indy at least). Thats been my experience, id be curious if anyone has any definitive knowledge on this.

Was anyone successful with late night timed drops?
Did one late afternoon for Seattle 1. Club level toward the back corner. It was a little dicey because the tickets didn't show up for 15 minutes and payment took forever to load. But it worked

If you F5 too fast or too much TM will think you are a bot and block you for a while.

Agree that toggling doesn't always update. But I wouldn't say that necessarily means F5 is better

Is your success on the APP or on browser/pc?
