When did the Ten Club stop responding to emails???

Has anyone recieved an email response when trying to contact tickets@tenclub.net concerning ticketing for the upcoming tour?

Is there anybody out there??

Rubysdad & Santos L Halper or whoever is in charge at the Ten Club where are you??

How about at least responding to your customers emails!!

What are we paying for??

Do your jobs and assist your customers with their issues instead of ignoring us!!

All we want is you to listen to our concerns, stop being afraid to answer our questions. We may not like what you have to say but at least you could have the decency to respond!!

    I emailed them about my Baltimore tickets because they hadn’t shown up in my Ticketmaster account.  They responded within 24 hours.  They did mention in the email that they have had a huge amount of emails to go through.

    got nothing but good things to say about ten club replying , they always replied. specially after the european card declining problem. they replied literally minutes after i send them an email and through the process that weekend they were VERY helpfull.

    Never had any problems, wether about damaged vinyl once or about tickets on American tour last year. With the tickets problem I had they were very helpful in sorting it out.
    Maybe a gentle polite 'any news' reminder email.

    Maybe re send your email, it could have been missed or gone to an incorrect folder, they have always been  very good in the past at responding to me also

    I doubt they read it all Rob tbh, just recently its been a pretty negative place, and I imagine its fairly draining to go over it. I expect there are so many factors involved that no one really knows the details of, and they are not going to get into a back and forth with a fan base who have already made their own minds up on the 'truth', drawing so many comparisons with 'how others bands do it'. Imo theres little point in them engaging with it, it'll just end up like a Wednesday mornings parliamentary questions  =)

    Emailed them twice about a glitch regarding seniority seating with all of my tickets.   Nothing yet.

    Wasn't a lot of the 10C stuff outsourced? 
    I imagine the ticketing queries get forwarded on to TM now. 
    Anything else, who knows?! Always used to be really efficient though.

    were they able to help you get the tickets into your TM account? a friend of mine won both nights at wrigley but still hasn't gotten seat location or tickets in TM account. Tried emailing tickets@tenclub.net and tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com a week ago but no word from either

    I’m honestly not sure how it got resolved.  I emailed the Ticketmaster ten club support staff and the ten club ticket help directly.  They both got back to me in less than a day.  Ticketmaster told me to just be patient and they would eventually show up.  Ten club told me to email Ticketmaster again, which I did, and to let them know if it didn’t get resolved.  A few days later the tickets showed up in my account.  But I never got any type of email from Ticketmaster or ten club stating that they fixed it.  So I’m not sure if my email got anything done or if it just resolved on its own. 

    I would email them both again.

    Just have some patience and sympathy. As someone that got away from customer service because of constant emails berating a former brewery I worked out running out of beer, these are human beings just like you, myself and loads of other fans . It takes time. On the other end, are you in an industry with a handful of folks potentially responding to up to 700,000 + people in a fan club?

    They probably also filter out those who complain about the 10c tickets in Berlin with obstructed view...and my e-mail was extremely polite and I didn't complain about or even mention the ticket prices.

    I think they've just decided certain issues regarding ticket allocation/lottery are not worth dealing with anymore. As far as I know, every person that emailed to point out their seats are outta whack with seniority has heard nada over a many weeks timespan.

    I emailed when my CC company blocked my Sea N2 tickets, and they responded within 24 hours. Some issues appear to be more important than others, dem da breaks.

    Well, regarding the Seats with limited visibility, I could sell my tickets via F2F if I don't want them...That wasn't helpful, but that's what I thought...
