When will "delivery delay" for Wrigley tickets be lifted?

My wife and I scored two pair of tickets to Wrigley 1.  Wondering when the delivery delay will be lifted on Ticketmaster site?  We are hoping to swap with friends of ours so we can go to Night 2.
1998: 6/26, 6/27, 6/29

    Delivery delay is typically until 72 hours before the show but the transfer button should be active immediately for Chicago.  It isn’t and that’s frustrating a number of people.  It may even be illegal that it’s not active.

    We are in the same situation. Have you gotten a response?

    **It's not a big issue, just OCD and getting it out of the way.

    I wrote TM about this and was advised delivery delay is until week of show, tix will only be delivered in MLB ballpark app, and only transferable once so delivered.  I have my doubts on the legality of this but that’s what they said.
