So I guess that's what the 31st thing is about
    But…

The instagram post about the "listening party" says 1pm. So they could do that first.
Why do you say "Instagram post"? Whose Instagram was it on? All I've seen is an image copied into a post on this message board without sourcing or attribution (if I recall correctly).
Because it was posted from someone's Instagram I believe

I don't think they're going to play their album at the Clio event. Both things are different assuming the private listening party is real

I believe it came from the touringfan live instagram. They said they had gotten it from several sources but didn't have details

Also, on2legs was being facetious. Juggler has a history of joke posts, recycled rumors & outright poppycock.

The instagram post was a fan page that used the Ten font to make something believable to look at.

Does it confirm a private listening party? No. Is it possible nonetheless? Yes.

Is it plausible that the 01/31 date in LA was misinterpreted as a listening party, but ended up being the Clio award? Yes.

Best thing to do is wait & see, and don't get too worked up, y'all. 😘

Pearl Jam & Ozzy Osbourne to Receive Honorary Clio Music Awards  The ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on Jan. 31.

Pearl Jam will be honored with a Clio Impact Award in recognition “of their diverse creative pursuits, building an enduring and inspiring connection to their fans,” per a press release. The band will also be recognized for their philanthropic work, as well as their creativity in crafting a unique poster for each individual concert date.

    Impact Award Recipient: Pearl Jam

Pearl Jam is an alternative rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 1990. The band's lineup consists of bassist Jeff Ament, rhythm guitarist Stone Gossard, lead guitarist Mike McCready, lead singer/guitarist Eddie Vedder and drummer Matt Cameron. Thirty plus years of live performances, soon to be twelve studio albums and hundreds of official live concert bootleg releases later, Pearl Jam continues to be critically acclaimed and commercially successful. The band has sold over 85 million albums worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.

In addition to the band’s music, Pearl Jam is known for diverse creative pursuits that have built an enduring and inspiring connection to their fans. In 1996, Pearl Jam began its ongoing practice of creating a unique poster for each individual concert date. Starting with a small group of Seattle artists, over the years the program evolved into an international collective of diverse artists - some of whom have won Clio Awards for their work. Posters are hand silk screened and sold in limited quantities at each venue. They have become highly sought after pieces of art.

Since the earliest days, Pearl Jam has used its platform to elevate people and causes that often go unnoticed or underserved. Much of the band’s philanthropic work is accomplished through its Vitalogy Foundation which to date has raised more than $50 million for organizations supporting issues such as abortion access, climate change and homelessness, and drawing attention to the fight against diseases such as Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis and epidermolysis bullosa (EB). In addition to the money Vitalogy donates, the band also donates signed instruments, posters and merchandise to organizations to use for their own fundraising purposes. Compounding the impact of Vitalogy Foundation, the band has supported Jeff Ament’s Montana Pool Service building skate parks in Montana and South Dakota. Pearl Jam also lends its voice to notable causes like the West Memphis 3, voting rights and fair ticketing practices. Over the past three decades, the band has a long history of standing up for what it believes in and putting its resources behind those beliefs.

Through its innovative Ten Club and fan engagement, community building, coveted poster designs, and longstanding activism and philanthropy, Pearl Jam continues to have a lasting impact on generations of music lovers.

I agree with everything here, especially that no one should listen to The Juggler.  Also, fantastic use of "poppycock".  I gotta use that more.

Not to mention non-words like "resignate" or words used in novel ways like "habit" as a verb.

"Preternatural". I remember searching that word when I first heard it on Severed Hand and nothing came up

That one actually is a word. A definition would come up immediately if you googled it. It means "beyond the natural" or "outside the natural."

There was that Super Bowl commercial for the Red Cross that one year. I believe it was River Cross they used?
No it wasnt for the Red Cross. Lol.

They sold River Cross as the jingle for Verizon
Ah. That’s right. I knew it was for something promoting helping people.
