I feel like 2023 was a bit of a bust for me. The best shows were the EV solo shows in Seattle. Saw Iggy Pop headline a local music festival on night 1. I really didn't go to too many big show. A handful of bar shows on top of the ones I mentioned.2023 looks a bit better. U2 at the sphere, Springsteen in Vancouver. Most likely PJ in Vancouver. The cost of tickets/travel/hotels/vacation days to travel off my Island to see shows, I guess it's having an impact. Hard to believe back in the day we'd go to Vancouver once (sometimes twice) a month for concerts.0

Didn't get to many shows but they were all very good. The Gaslight Anthem show in Raleigh was my favorite with Tool being a close second. Hope to get to more in 24 already have tickets to three shows.0

By far the least amount of shows I’ve went to in the past 15 years…
 Bobby Weir & Wolf Brothers
Les Claypool’s Flying Frog Brigade w/ Budos Band
 My Morning Jacket
Pearl Jam - St Paul 20
-
The resume seems to be getting thinner w/ each passing year, but IMO the quality was there:
Les Claypool's Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, Boston
Queens of the Stone Age, Portland, ME
Pearl Jam x 2, St Paul
 Mr. Bungle / Battles, Boston
 Tool, Boston
Favorite show had to be QOTSA, they absolutely killed it. Les Claypool's... was a close second, their cover of 'Animals' was other worldly. It was also nice to see PJ for the first time since Fenway 2018, and Mr. Bungle again for the first time in almost 24 years.
I'm looking forward to an eventful 2024 w/ some Sessanta shows (including a return to Red Rocks), and hopefully a few PJ shows mixed in there as well.0
