    If it goes down like it did for Gigaton someone (maybe Jonathan Cohen) will do a write-up fit some outlet (maybe Spin) that will run in a couple weeks. Given what we have for timetables i think that might run pretty close to the rumored announcement day.
    i’d be very surprised if much info about the album gets officially published prior to the album being announced, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are press embargoes.

    Gigaton had already been announced at that point though.
    Even though the existence of a new album is not exactly a secret they are still going to want to control the rollout. So unless the official announcement comes this afternoon I’d still expect an embargo.

    That was different though. This new album has not even been announced yet officially. 

    There were some sites out there that posted news about an imminent release and actually named some singles. Then they deleted it…

    There was a waiter on here that worked the Gigaton listening party and I remember that as how we got our first "review"
