En Vogue? Devo? Are we in a time machine?
Safe to say we are not getting Devo.

They were actually much better than I would have imagined.

I am still penciling in QOTSA until told otherwise.

Devo did nothing for me but I'm not yet 40+ so maybe that has something to do with it.

If Lenny Kravitz is actually there I assume he would be Sunday night. Maybe Green Day is also headlining Sunday night

This feels like it should be renamed the "Gen X Festival." I'm not complaining, I'm Gen X, but it has been a long time since I recognized most if not all of the acts in a festival lineup.

I'm a proud gen xer and this lineup is not it.
I hope Ohana offers something better.

Innings fest has Bel Biv Devoe. If you're into that sort of thing.

I am 40+ and found Devo horrible. They sucked the life out of the festival. Way too long of set.

I would say Neil Young is a high probability given he is touring US around that time and him pulling out last year.

I'm not booking anything in advance for Neil again. Last years 3 months in advance cancel put an end to that. Then he proceeded to play shows around Ohana anyway. People paid good money to see him and then had to take a loss or see Sting instead.

    I keep all travel refundable.

Even Pearl Jam cancels like 1/4 of all their shows, so why would I take the risk? Especially these non-refundable airbnbs.

Travel is one thing but the festival didn’t offer refunds on the Saturday tickets or even the 3 day tickets.

Yep, I might have done something else instead on Saturday but knew I’d lose most of the ticket price if I tried to sell it so gave it a go anyway. Enjoyed a few of the bands but it sure wasn’t worth the full ticket price to me. DEVO instead of Garbage was a downer for me also. I know there’s thing that can’t be controlled but you buy the tickets based on certain artists on the bill and then get stuck if they cancel. Just don’t like it, especially when traveling a long ways for it.

Neil Young’s leaked dates showed he’s playing the Hollywood Bowl September 15. Wonder if that means he’ll stick around SoCal and do a makeup Ohana date. Also wonder if that means if he’s playing then full band PJ plays again instead of just Ed

I'd be surprised if we get full PJ, but am expecting Neil and I'm OK with that.  Neil can be an Earthling, but I'd be happier with a Neil/Ed set.

Blink 182 headlining Shaky Knees festival in Atlanta in September. Would be quite happy to see them announced as a headliner for OHANA. Wet Leg also on the bill. Another band that would be great at OHANA.
