You mean like some posters here? For sure dems should be more like Repubs on this issue so as to win over middle ‘Murica and both houses of congress and the White House.
    Definitely a winning strategy.

Gallup poll released this week found that just 32% of US adults support Israel’s military actions in Gaza — a record low since the war was launched in response to Hamas’ October 7, 2023, terror attack. The poll also found the strongest partisan split yet: Support among those who identify themselves as Republicans remained strong, at 71%. But just 8% of Democrats and 25% of independents say they back Israel’s military actions.

In perhaps the most ominous long-term sign for backers of Israel, the poll found just 9% support for its actions among those age 18-34 of all political parties.

The shift in public opinion has crucial implications for both parties: Some key members of Trump’s MAGA movement are vocally questioning whether the United States should keep supporting Israel, while plummeting backing for the country among Democrats will likely impact the party’s primaries in key races in 2026 and 2028.

    there is no clearer choice.

if people want this to continue vote cuomo. if they want it to end, vote mamdani.

They’re  aren’t enough crayons in the world to explain how that’s a bad idea, perhaps it’s the least thought out comment in the history of the internet.

A mayor enforcing a court the USA doesn’t recognize and violate a leaders immunity…mamdanis freedom and political  movement would end on the spot.

So maybe it’s an ok idea.

If Mamdani violates diplomatic immunity he’d be in jail faster than it took to formulate that gibberish…even Not With It Joe would allow that nonsense from happening. It shows what a juvenille idiot mamdani is.

Plus he’ll be too busy screwing up the once greatest economy in the world with his free giveaways. Maybe Matty can come defend that comment. He’s been defending the indefensible a lot lately.

The government wants the EU to put economic pressure on Israel by freezing the trade agreement, with the aim of getting emergency aid into Gaza.
    – The economic pressure on Israel must increase, says Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M).

The Swedish government wants to freeze the EU's trade agreement with Israel in order to pressure the country to allow aid deliveries to Gaza, reports Aftonbladet.

Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) writes on X that Israel "is not living up to its most basic obligations and agreements made regarding emergency aid".

"Sweden therefore demands that the EU freeze the trade part of the association agreement as soon as possible. The economic pressure on Israel must increase. The Israeli government must allow unhindered humanitarian aid into Gaza.

You've misunderstood. I think it's hysterical. I think it's very representative of the fact Democrats have lost their way to understand basic facts

And that stunt would only end up getting mamdany in jail.

And possibly the UN if not them...all its diplomats and consulates and embassies leave nyc & the United States.

How's that going to help your economy as you look to win elections next year and in 2028?

    Pure genius

The winning political argument in the United States has usually been giving people the tools they need to help themselves.

The taxes in New York are already through the roof and if dems try that domestic nonsense anywhere outside nyc borders, it's a losing political argument

As New York state has given back nearly 20 points to the Republicans over the last decade, perhaps we need a refresher in American politics 101?

     ...

Overall Tax Burden: New York State, which includes New York City, is often cited as having one of the highest, if not the highest, state and local tax burdens in the nation when measured as a percentage of personal income. This is a key factor in the high cost of living in NYC.
     * Income Tax: New York City residents pay local income taxes in addition to state and federal taxes. While New York State's top income tax rate is among the highest, cities like Bridgeport, Connecticut, or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have also been cited as having a very high overall tax burden, including high local income taxes.
     * Sales Tax: New York City has a combined state and local sales tax rate that is among the highest in the country, but other cities like Seattle, Washington, and Chicago, Illinois, have had even higher combined sales tax rates.

I'm not the one saying that the potential New York city mayor should violate diplomatic immunity based on a Court ruling that is not recognized by United States law.

That political candidate needs a severe dose of reality

Edit, that's why terse language is helpful not hurtful for liberals

2m votes and swept every swing state??

    ..

Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election was considered solid for several reasons. He won both the Electoral College and the national popular vote, a notable achievement as it was the first time he had won the popular vote. He secured 312 electoral votes to Kamala Harris's 226.

A key factor in his success was flipping several states that had gone to the Democratic candidate in 2020. These included Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. This shift in key swing states was a decisive factor in his Electoral College victory.

The election results also showed that Trump's support grew across a diverse range of demographics and regions. According to analyses, he saw gains in his vote share in a vast majority of counties nationwide, and his support increased among men, as well as with Black, Hispanic, and Asian voters. This expansion of his voter coalition contributed to the overall strength of his win.

i read this morning that cuomo has stated he will join netanyahu's defense team, while mamdani said he would have bibi arrested if he is ever in new york.

    there is no clearer choice.

if people want this to continue vote cuomo. if they want it to end, vote mamdani.

He’s been defending the indefensible a lot lately.
i stand by my post. i don't care if you like it or not.

if you don't like it, it tells me i must be correct.

    Pure genius
    did ai type that?

look, there is a warrant for bibi. if he goes to new york and is not arrested, americans are complicit in aiding and abetting him.

i know nobody in america gives a fuck about the rule of law anymore, but hey, let's just stand idly by and contribute to lawlessness via inaction.

miss me with your input on this.

not. It came down to about 2m votes or 1.5% of voters.

    Thats not a "solid" win.

AI guy at it again. Wow, impressive!

The US is one of all the rouge states in the world who doesn’t support the ICC. If you are talking about the ICC.
