Yes you can. I received notification today the buyer who purchased a pair I listed on F2F opted for a refund and the pair is back in my account.
They sent the tickets back to you? Haven’t you already been paid out from TM for those? So did they charge you again?
Yes I was paid out last year by cheque. Yes the tickets are back in my account. No I haven’t seen a charge yet - the credit card I provided while listing was deactivated last year due to a fraudulent charge and a new one was issued.
Hmm - interesting. I bought and sold via F2F a few times for this show to upgrade my seats. I’ll have to keep an eye on my TM account to see if any of those previous F2F sales come back to me.

This is fascinating. I never would have expected this could happen. Wonder if they will remove the tickets from your account if they realize that they were refunded. I also wonder if they are actually active tickets, I'd imagine when they were sold via f2f, a new barcode / rfid ID was generated. Please do keep us updated on any updates.

The tickets are active in my account at the moment. I have the option to list them again as the sell button is available. We shall see.

I wonder if this happened since you received a check rather than a cc refund. Rather amazing.
I won't be heading back to Indy. Vegas and Seattle are taking my concert $, and I no longer have a free place to stay in Indy. Hope everyone has a blast and gets a great show.
This sounds like a glitch that ticketmaster hasn't thought about and corrected.
It sure does. At this point 100 Pacer has free tickets to the show. Great deal for them.
Anything can happen and it’s still early days.

If someone decides to sell their tickets to the Indy show via F2F, if you feel like letting me know before you post them, I would be ok with that! Just hit me up beforehand!
I have a suspicion from what others have said that TM / Live Nation are not going to allow the F2F resale to happen until the 30 day refund window has closed - and anyone who opts for the refund their tickets, no matter what the original value was, will suddenly become PJ Premium tickets.

Same! I'll be looking for 2 seats.

That would be total BS if they did that but unfortunately wouldn't surprise me!

Agreed. When we see lawn tickets popping up for ridiculous amounts we'll know for sure, though.
I could well be wrong, it's just the fact that people are saying they can't currently opt for F2F only refunds. Only reason to do that is to get around the whole selling the tickets on to fans at face value stipulation.
I had one ticket sent back to my account and a new charge came with it today. I had already been paid on it last year. I requested a refund via the email they sent. I tried to sell it on F2F but it wasn’t allowing that yet.
I’m keeping my tickets so it doesn’t matter but where was the communication about the option to keep or sell your tickets. I didn’t receive an email or see anything about it in the announcement.

Just curious…
There hasn’t been any that i’ve seen either, but the venue said on social media that you can contact the seller (Ticketmaster) within 30 days to ask for a refund.
So basically don't ask for a refund because ticketmaster will likely resell them at higher costs! Wait for f2f to open!
Last August a friend decided to unload their amazing 10c seats for Indy on f2f. Their 10c number is in the 80-90k range. They sold in seconds and were showing as premium tix shortly thereafter.
Both my husband and I won Indy, so I tried to coordinate with someone to sell his. He's let his number lapse twice, so it's somewhere in the mid 400's now. Seats were center section, maybe three rows from the back in the pavilion. They sold in under 10 seconds and the person I tried to hook up never even saw them posted. (I did see them very briefly, but that could be because I was the one posting them on his account, on his computer)

Ultimately, depending on what we get in the new lottery, I might be letting mine go. They are pavilion in the bottom part of the second level.
There is no "new lottery" for the Indy show
I know. I mean the lottery for the other shows. Depending on what I get on those, I might let my Indy tickets go in the Fan 2 Fan.
Right there with you. The old date was a Sunday and now it's a Monday which makes it a lot harder for me to attend with coaching HS football. If I strike out big in the lottery for the 5 shows I put in for, I'll keep them. If I do well, I most likely will turn to F2F and list them.
