Hi,

Maybe a very dumb question...
Here in Europe i used to pick my tickets and wristbands for the TenClub GA at a certain loket/window (how do you call it?). Is this also the way in the US? 
Or do i have to show my tickets in my Ticketmaster app? They are not there yet, will be within 24 hours before the show right?

Yep, but get there a little early; at least Chicago is requiring a wristband collected before 4:30, and looks like the earlier the better, starting at 9am.  The post just below yours: https://community.pearljam.com/discussion/299278/united-center-ga#latest
