Creating thread to info share on transferred tickets being successfully reversed as a lot of people are wondering what’s going on.  If anyone has updates please share!

    I no longer have them and the person transferring did not get them back

    Can't see them on my Mac but can see that they were voided on my App on my phone. I can still click on them and it actually lets me go through the motions of selling them still. Not going to try obviously but very odd. We both started a chat with TM. That should be fun.

    Spent 40 minutes on the phone with ticketstoday explaining the situation and was told to leave it with them. Waiting for a call back with a resolution.

    Visit the box office and ask to speak to the box office manager, who is aware of the issue and is extremely sweet about it, and she’ll verify your details before texting you a URL which brings up the ticket with an active barcode to scan.

    This relates only if you’re the sender and the tickets have yet to return obviously - if you’re the recipient and the ticket was voided she can’t help.
