Ear plugs

Any good recommendations on good concert earplugs for a 12 yr old?  Will be lower pavilion in Indy, I think I should get a pair for the kid

My wife and I ordered a couple of pairs of the Eargasm ear plugs from Amazon for the arena shows last year and they worked well. The music still sounded good and there was no ringing in my ears afterwards.
  • Heard good things about Eargasm plugs. I use Vibes and really like those. They are small and comfortable.

    Try these.

  • I have found that Etymotic (which I have used for years) and Eargasm (which I've tried and thought worked well for the music, but were harder to hear people just speaking) are both too big for kids (neither fit my kids).

Earasers (Earasers Earplugs for Musicians and Concertgoers) have some smaller size which worked well for my middle school/high school kids.  Not cheap though (though cheaper than hearing problems).

I've heard good things about Eargasm. I personally use Loop Experience Pro earplugs. No complaints whatsoever.

Going to try the Loop ones- thanks for the recommendation.  I have a hard time fitting my ears but these were free to try for first 100 days so I'm giving them a shot.

I got my son some foam earplugs and headphones, not the expensive noise cancelling ones, but the ones you see at Menards... worked great

Ear Plugs for Musicians and Concerts

  • Another vote for Eargasm.  The music is still loud and clear, but no ringing or hissing after the shows, even being up close.

  • Yup, Eargasm is incredible, loud and clear, not at all muffled, but feel great afterwards. My partner uses the Loops and loves them just as much.
