I'm on Stubhub obsessing over GA tickets. Earlier today I saw some go for $680. Now what is shown to me now is 1 pair available at $4,475 per ticket. I think they show different options to different people though because my buddy checked while I did earlier and lower prices. anyone have a deep understanding of the inner workings of Stubhub and can offer advice? I'm losing faith I can F2F into 2 GA!
What show? Stubhub is simply a bulletin board where anyone can list tickets (and some are listed directly by the venue/artist/team). And anyone can ask for as much as they want, even when there's significantly cheaper tickets for Pit, in your example. RECOMMENDED TICKETS is a flag you can turn off, as it limits the number of listings it shows for a particular section; I turn it off. You can also turn on a flag to reveal total cost with fees; I turn that one one. As inventory drops (approaching showtime) you used to see prices continue to drop. But so many people now watch and wait on Stubhub, that day-of tickets often go up as that inventory drops approaching showtime. Some sellers will panic and lower their price, watch for the low price.
You see in the news "Super Bowl tickets are at their highest prices ever on the secondary market, $50k each!!! this year". Well that's the highest priced listing of thousands of tickets on Stubhub...don't by the highest price, some seller always wants to be the highest price, if just in the event someone makes a mistake and buys them (like accidentally buying $$$ PJ Premium tickets).

Yeah I'm looking at tonight in Chicago. I think sellers are just tinkering with pricing all the time.
I know this has been posted before but can't find it. Can someone repeat what the "rules" are requiring the maximum number of tickets you can have (or have had) at a given time, regardless of how you procured them? I got a pair through the 10C sale, then scored a F2F single, sold the 10C pair on F2F, and just now snagged a single standard ticket. Am I at my max yet? Or do only certain tickets count towards the max?

Gotcha. I thought I saw a post saying that the tickets you got through the 10C would count towards the max whether you still have them or sold them via F2F. But maybe not because it was "technically" Ticketstoday that did the 10C issue? Anyhoo, I don't think I could get any better than what I've got. Was just curious and wondered if I could hook someone else up if I get lucky again. Thanks!
