Your STP GAs are gone, but we've charged your card for a pair of rear stage 300 level seats in the United Center.
All sales are final.
Been dealing with TM and they might actually be gone...
Da fuq? Are you serious? What bullshit. This was THEIR mistake! I totally thought about transferring my girlfriend’s ticket to her just for convenience.
I mean it's frustrating because TM thinks they fixed the issue but it does not appear that any "original purchasers" can access their tickets yet (so it's far from fixed). That said, I have to take responsibility because I'm the one that transferred the tickets... I'm not that concerned but I'd love to have my GA's back!
I don’t blame you for transferring. They sent the “your tickets are ready” email. Also, back during the ballpark shows, you could transfer your second ticket, so I wasn’t that surprised that they opened the transfer option 48 hours or so before showtime. Hope you can get your tickets back or find others.

The chase is part of the fun! TY for the well wishes.
No doubt, the Chicago drops in the back of the floor and 100 sides (all Premium) is disheartening.
Cut out the secondary market as much as possible, but release a decent chunk of inventory at marked-up tickets last second. People looking to get a late upgrade eat their original ticket since they can't sell less than cost.
Good news! My buddy had to drop out but I'll still be there. Cheers.
Sorry all, was just busy. figured I'd post it here rather than trying a personal drop.

Yeah it's messed up. I'm all for the band getting more of the cut over scalpers but TM is just a self regulating scalper.

I think it is way more important who sees the ticket pop up first than what you use to purchase the ticket. I bet I saw that GA and had it bought before some people even saw it pop up.
