    Would be nice to actually have an official comment on this because they really can't think it's doable to charge everyone again

    Still haven’t been refunded for my Tuesday tickets but sure as shit charged me quickly the next day.

    Guys. You are only going to be charged for the shows you attend. Who cares if they need to cancel the first charge and run another?

    The second charges have appeared prior to the first charges being refunded.  For some people that puts them over their credit limit through no fault of their own.  That’s who cares.

    You can't be serious right? Not everyone has unlimited funds available in the bank or on a credit card or the funds are allocated for important things like bills.. We were already charged, if a refund doesn't hit before we are charged again then that's double charged, or over the limit, or overdrafts, or declined... For some this would be their third charge with no refund still.

    At least I have the luxury of a healthy available credit card balance. But I know have 3 charges for $302 on my card when I only put in for 1 show and 2 tickets.

    I haven't had much anger over this whole fiasco, but the credit card thing is starting to feel like a scam. 
    The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

    Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.

    As of this morning my charges and refund have settled correctly, but I feel for all of you still waiting. I don't disagree - it does feel like a scam. We didn't need to be charged a second time and there needs to be a better solution than charging us a third time.

    It is an odd situation. Balances being exceeded....credit card companies blocking duplicate charges based on possible fraud, etc.

    Jacked up mess

    Even if TM/10C reaches out with an email to correct any credit card issue if the email goes to junk you're equally screwed.

    My duplicate charges were removed so I’m all squared away.  Until, of course, they do the second correction and mess with the charges again.

    Something to add is that people who are coming from another country and get charged in USD for these shows are normally charged a foreign exchange surcharge of 2.5% by their card issuer unless they have a card with a no surcharge feature.  Each redo costs them 5% of the value (2.5% on the purchase and 2.5% on the refund).  So with two redos, that adds 10% to the cost for people in that situation.  That’s a little unfair.

    I had Another Brick in the Wall stuck in my head.  "Hey Jamily, leave those TM charges alone".  BTW, I finally got my duplicate charges reversed today.  Now to play the waiting game for where the new seats will be.  Will they be somewhere between the first and second notices?

    Has anyone else not received a refund yet? 

    I was charged for St Paul 1 & 2. Then the seats were switched and I was again charged for both shows. 

    I have received a refund for 1 of the 2 shows.

    I've been charged twice for 7 shows and once for 2 shows. Once we get the final word, that's when I plan to ask about the refunds.
