Wife and I both scored GA to Fort Worth 1, both our only choice.
So you have an extra pair?! 🙋‍♂️
We'll be taking my sister and brother in law, it will only be her second PJ show. Her first was at the Fonda with me.

Got reserved for both St Paul shows.

I had them #1 and #3 with the Chicago shows 2 and 4.

Looks like my credit card is going to get slammed with almost $1300 in PJ tickets.

Omg…. If someone thought choosing every box gave them better odds then there’s no reason to try to explain… it’s a waste of time..
Well except for the part where the TenClub actually said it increased your chance. But if you ignore that part, then you might be correct.

I am confused how someone can get St. Paul tickets with third choice when others who had it as first and second haven’t gotten anything?

If you wanted GA but would settle for reserved you pick option 1.

If you only wanted reserved you pick option 2.

The grey area is if you want GA but would settle for reserved do you pick both options 1 and 2.  I know 10c said to do that but I don’t think anyone outside of a few IT geeks at TM knows if that was good advice.  In addition nobody knows if “reserved only” takes precedence over “GA or reserved” only or all boxes ticked.

I hedged my bets by doing different combinations for various shows.  So far snake eyes but it’s still early.
    What they are doing.

If you chose GA/res.  They are filling all of the GA tickets.  Then anyone left of Ga/Reserved and just Reserved are going to be thrown into the next traunch of tickets.  If they fill that up there are two options.  If you selected the next level you'll be in for those tickets if not you'll have to try on ticketmaster when the early release happens
You are assuming they combine the GA losers from GA/Res with the Res only and it is drawn as one big pool.  That would be the fairest thing.  I am suggesting however that nobody really knows if that’s what they do as opposed to say doing the Res only people first and then the leftover GA/Res losers or vice versa.  Also the system has to take into account the priority level people attached to a show.  I think there’s variability in how the system logic may have been built.

Maybe I made a mistake? Ugh. I chose GA or reserved. That means if I don’t get GA, I can still get pulled for reserved, yeah?
    What was the mistake?
Seems like some people checked GA or reserved and then also checked reserved?
And how was that a mistake?
Because of the word OR in GA or Reserved.  Already in the Reserved pool.  A waste of a priority if you ask me.
Right, but you didn't need to choose one priority over the other. You only chose priority by show. My 1st priority was Chicago Night 1 (with both options selected). My 2nd & 3rd priorities were the Austin shows (again, with both options selected). I had zero understanding that selecting both options for the Chicago show would move my Austin priority down. If that is true than I am fucking PISSED. That was no how I interpretted that.  I agree that it doesn't seem necessary, though. If your one option is GA or Reserved I don't really understand why you would also need to selected the only seats option. I only selected both options based on that email.
Yeah, this is how I understood it to be. I wonder if they pull the GA, fill it up and if you don't get pulled but selected GA/reserved you are back into the lottery along w/ everyone who put reserved only. That's the only way it makes sense.
No, they don’t have a GA lottery and a Res lottery… if I only pick reserved for show X  and I’m the first name pulled I get reserved for show X .. the second name picked choose GA… they get GA… if they choose both GA or Reserved they get GA, if GA is full and reserve is still available the they get reserved..  if they close Reserved only and it’s full they get nothing… there’s two options because some people would rather not go if they can’t get a seat… as opposed to someone that wants GA and would settle with a seat…
If what you say is true, then why haven't seen reserved seat tickets winners posting?
Notification order has nothing to do with it… that has been explained many times over the years. GA has always got notifications first… probably because there’s no need to assign seat numbers

Because we literally have no idea what order they are doing this in and also what order they are sending notifications in. People are just guessing and it causes confusion.

Plus, I'm pretty sure some people don't even understand the priorities correctly and could be posting information that isn't correct, either.

I wouldn't put my faith in anything you read here about the process, order, choices, etc.

We literally know exactly what they are doing though. They did GA from start to finish. Filled all 9 shows. Then did ADA. Now are starting on night 1 with RES. The emails may not be sent out in priority order however.

Are emails coming to your Ten Club email addy or the ticketmaster one?  I have those two as different ones, which I'm sure is not that unusual.  And I'm another who's put in for the four texas shows and have heard nothing whatsoever....very frustrating!
