  • CRAP, pjl44. I sure was hoping we wouldn’t get a canned response.  Maybe if enough of us e-mail the club it might make someone look into this further?

What shows and section are you? If you're row 7 and 9 of a lower loge section that seems right on.
  • Fingers crossed that the fact that my one set of seat assignments did not change at ALL (after being told they were assigned incorrectly in the first place) it will make someone in the club look a little further into this.

Might as well post in this thread too in case there is any way to get customer service...

    Member number 58xxx

First priority Austin 1 - unfulfilled
    Second priority Austin 2 - initially got 212 row A, now 213 row H

I am pretty disappointed, and the ten club email response I got says that seniority was honored. Obviously that's not true. Almost thirty years, I am just really confused and honestly feel kind of silly for caring this much...oh well.
They should pull one of their best PJ premium seats and assign it to you. Problem solved. The seats are there to make this right if they’re willing to let go of one of their overpriced tickets. Hope you get it resolved. It’s clearly not right.

I don't know what else to do. I've emailed a couple of times already. I have been an active member for close to 30 years, I've bought all the things. The last few tours I have been shut out of msg, where I live. I just don't think I have it in me to keep pushing... This music will always be a part of me but I feel incredibly let down. There are other bands, there is so much great music to see

I would try asking to escalate it. I'd at least need to feel like I was speaking with someone who acknowledges my number and tickets and can give me some explanation in context of what is happening.

That reply you got sounds like "if anyone has a question about seniority and ticket location paste this and hit send."

I mean I emailed again but they didn't respond, not sure what else I'm supposed to do. It's not like they answer the phone.

Message Sea or Kat. Maybe they can get you in touch w/ someone, maybe not, but it’s worth trying.

I’d email the 10c.  No way they don’t make this right.
I did, look at this response. I replied to ask them to look into my member number, no further response...
I’m speechless.  10c has to know that a 58k number does not belong in rafters.  Maybe private message Kat or Sea.
You got the canned response, there is no way your seats are correct. My 10C number is 673,xxx, and im in 218 for AUS N2. So even if you were 580,xxx they would be wrong ... keep pushing..

I have to add my ticket issue here too. My member number is in the 72,000s so I normally receive the first section next to the stage row a or B because of that low number. So when I got that normal section, but one night was Row G and another was Row J. I was a bit upset (cause I’m spoiled) but I was happy I did receive tickets for two shows. When we got the email saying that the seat assignments were incorrect and not done by seniority I was thrilled. I really hope they have a nice lot of tickets set aside in order to fix blunders like this.  I'm honestly baffled how they can admit to the original error, but miss this on the redo!  They need to make this right!
People aren't perfect, I can understand them making one mistake when handling thousands of seating assignments. The canned response is coming from some low level customer service employee that has no power to do anything, so can't blame them either. I hope that this gets to someone that can do something, but that might be a long shot at this point.

  • Ok well I just received the same exact canned email as everyone else.  Since I sent my question to the club not even two hours ago, it leads me to believe they aren’t even reading our emails - just copying and pasting the same answer.
I am not going to belabor the point with them anymore cause I WAS  lucky enough to get tix for both Austin shows and I’m in a great section.  I had my years when I was damn spoiled cause my member number always got me in the second or third row on the floor. So I have to remember to count my blessings.

Welcome to customer service. They're probably getting hundreds (thousands?) of emails complaining about their seats. I don't envy the people who need to respond to them.

I also have a 72xxx number. Since 2013 when they started g.a., but before platinum seating, I have had seats in the 1st row through the 12th row of the first section past the stage. 75% of the time on Stones side.
Some cities I'm sure the difference was due to demand. In others its was due to some sort of venue VIP or membership thing.
This year for Austin I started with row H one night and row J the other. I'm not going to go into detail but I ended up with 106 row J for both Austin shows. N1 I have a pair and N2 a single.

I think those seats are in line with your 10c number especially considering that most of the seats in front of you in that section are probably premium tickets.
