Seriously disappointed Ticketmaster needs to be disbanded. Had Section 201 row 2 seats 1 &2 isle which is awesome for Chicago Night 1 and was moved to 309 row 9 middle of the row. Absolutely horrible!!

The entire 300 Sections at the United Center are not good for concerts, so steep hard to stand and enjoy.

While it may be true they should be disbanded, it's not for this. Sorry they gave you false hope that you'd get those good 201 seats, but these are the ones you were supposed to get.

I had Chicago night 1, had my 2 seat assignments but haven’t received the third iteration yet. Getting a little worried seeing all of these!

I guess they designed PJ platinum for people like myself! I wont be in the 300 level. Even got better tickets through verified sale for friends.
