    No email yet for me but I saw Aerosmith in 1994 in my German hometown. Opener were Extreme. I don't remember how much the tickets were but it was a fun show.

    Did you all receive the same “claim your tickets” email? Cause mine doesn’t have seats and link doesn’t work. 

    How are you seeing what you have?

    One of the links didn't work on my PC, but when I claimed them on my phone, it worked.

    Reassigned: 102 row 8
    Final seats: 118 row 11

    So I’ve moved to same equivalent section but on Mike’s side and am pushed back 4 rows from original seats.
    But am now on the aisle closest to the stage.

    Totally ok with that. Will be good to be back on Mike’s side!

    Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear you had difficulties claiming your order. If you're getting an error message, we ask that you attempt to claim the order using a desktop/laptop computer with Google Chrome as a web browser. It will also help to clear your cache and cookies on the browser. If you have an IP anonymizer or VPN enabled, it will need to be disabled in order to claim the tickets. Lastly, please attempt to claim the order using a Google Chrome incognito mode page.
     
    If the above methods are still getting an error, please attempt them on another device.

    Same here. I got 1 email to claim tickets. The link doesn't work.

    Got moved from 113 to row 21 on the floor for night one in STP. Disappointing. I wonder if I "got moved up or moved back" lol. 500xxx something number. 

    Do I sell them now while tickets are scarce and hope to upgrade in the days leading up???

    Went from 106 row 21 to Floor row 21. I'm short, so floor doesn't thill me. But they are aisle seats! :D

    Thanks! I sent a help request but says 24-48 hours. I’ll try when I can get to my laptop. Appreciate the help

    Copy the link and paste it into an incognito browser. Worked for me.

    Minimal changes but closer - moved down 7 rows and over to the other side of the stadium
