All I want to know is anybody showing 2 charges and no refund??
Refunds often don't show up as pending charges/credits on most cards. It won't appear until it actually clears, which usually takes a day or two.
Why not just use the original charge?
THIS. 1000times this.
Taking a shot here but guessing to put specific seats/tickets back into "available inventory", they have to reverse the charge and likely similar when seats are reassigned....point of sale system assigns cost to the tickets being assigned. With all tickets being the same price though you'd think it wouldn't need to be done that way but that's the only conclusion I can come too.
Just received new seats for St. Paul. For night 1 I previously had sec 102, row 23 and was moved to sec 117, row 4...so I moved one section further away from stage but moved 19 rows closer. For night 2 I previously had sec 117, row 1 and moved to sec 117 row 8. My member number is 172xxx.
Received 2nd choice of reserved for Saint Paul on 8/31. Initial section 102, row 20. Reassigned to 103, row1
not gutted

Night Two just came in 304, Row 11 So for both nights in the corners across from the stage Happy I'm in the door 493xxx
It seems like those who didn’t get tix yesterday due to priority issue are now getting tix to 300 sections regardless of seniority.
Not surprising these shenanigans happened to CHI shows, bet we’ll see a lot of 100 and 200’s on secondary market.
that's exactly what is happening
Maybe for some people, but not everyone. My seats, while worse than they've been in the past, seem about right relative to everyone else.

I can’t believe they have screwed this up so bad member #27xxx I’m completely in shock 10c someone has to get involved, I just wrote to the support team
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

How many more times will they screw up this system? I find it difficult to believe that a 240xxx member number pulls a 300 level ticket opposite the stage.

I agree with that. But that said, they should have allowed people to put in a new card before they started doing the 2nd charges.
This is getting interesting, I went from nothing the past 2 days to Indy reserved. I actually laughed when I got the alert that my credit card was charged
It's wild to me that people are in the 300 sections with 1XXXXX, 4XXXXX, and 6XXXXX. This just seems... off. Last time I was at the United Center (same 10C number - 421XXX, no lapses) I was in section 111, row 2... I assumed that over the last 15 years there would be at least some people who would have lapsed memberships and I'd be moving up, not backwards. But I guess ticket allocation has shifted. Oh well.
Things are still not right. Got Chi 1 Sec 316 member number 93xxx
Just got mine. I'm in same section. Member # 123xxx
@jdopj & @Along the Way - What priority was Chi 1 for you? Wondering if they're seating by priority + seniority, meaning 1st priority seats are selected first and organized by seniority, then priority 2 people are seated behind that group, etc.
#3 that has never mattered before and it clearly says that seniority determines seat location.
We never got seat locations right away.
interesting. Looked at the PJ ticket page and they claim seating based on seniority. Then, looked at the TM PJ Q&A page and they state that tickets are randomized with show priority still considered. So, which is it? seems like TM's approach, not PJ's.
First text is for selecting winners, second is for assigning seats. So, it's both.

I used my debit card for this purchase. Had enough in to cover the tickets I requested.
Won St. Paul 1 & 2 and Chicago 1 & 2.
They charged me for all of them yesterday.
Now redoing the seats, Went from 100's to 300's in Chicago
But worst thing is I haven't been refunded for yesterday and am being charged again.
I'm going to be negative on the account when the 2ND St. Paul's come through!
Just got new seats for 9/2 STP
