And I thought the confirmed email this morning said we will refund your pending charge and then recharge? All I'm showing is 2 charges and I'm out $650 for the shittiest seats I've ever had to any concert in over 40 years??? WTF is going on????
At least you are in the building. I had 2 confirmations and they didnt refund my card, and now I dont have anything coming through.
I just got notified about Chicago Tix! This whole thing has been mind-blowing!

I'm happy for everyone that got multiple shows. I'd love to be in your shoes. However....
How it should be --and I don't know why it isn't setup like this already-- if you get one show in the lottery, that should be it. If you want to go to an additional show, you should have to go through Verified Fan or F2F. I think it sucks that some get multiple while others get nothing.
That's what priority is supposed to take care of. You put in your top priority and nobody else that already scored with their top priority will get tickets to that show before you do. If you only put in for one show and there's a huge demand, then there's a chance that not all top priorities will be fulfilled. Somebody getting their second priority when there are extra tickets don't affect that.
But what I'm saying is for example if two people put in for Chicago nights 1 and 2. Person A wins night 1, Person B loses out for night 1. Person A should be done, period. Night 2 lottery comes around, Person A shouldn't be in the running anymore, increasing the chances for Person B to score something.
Clearly that's not how it's setup though. I just think what I proposed would be a lot more fair. Because from what I can tell, there are lots of scenarios where Person A is getting both nights 1 and 2 while Person B is losing both times.
Chicago 1-I just received another email from Ticketstoday, re-assinging my location from Section 109, row 15, to Section 216, Row 4. My credit card has been charged twice, but the refund for the initial seating has not been credited. I have emailed tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com, to confirm my new assignment is the correct one and that my credit card will be refunded. 200 level in the UC is the "Club" Level and I'm very happy with this new assignment, if indeed that is correct. I will keep you all posted.

Has anyone moved closer on their new ticket assigned?

I live in Wisconsin and will be out of town for the St. Paul, MN and Chicago, IL shows that are closest to me, so I put in for the Indy show. I have heard nothing, though my buddy already received confirmation for both of the aforementioned locations. Today though, he said they are changing his seats - from good seats to who knows where. I believe PJ always always tries to do right by their fans, but I am not impressed with Ticketmaster.

Anybody actually received their refund yet from the seat reassignment? I used a debit card and I am not too excited about having $750 taken out when I only bought $325 worth of tickets. I know a things may take 2-3 business days, but I usually see it right away.
Chicago 1 just came through for me. Nosebleeds but after 12-14 hours of thinking I wasn’t getting tickets, it seems better than the alternative…my status was showing as processed and unfulfilled so if you’ve been in the same boat, don’t give up hope just yet.

With people hitting Chicago as a 6th pick there is no way they have enough tickets to hit everyone here properly. This is fucked lol.
