I’m just popping in to see if anyone has gotten emails saying they were chosen in the lottery. This was the one show I can make.

The GA section here is so small compared to other venues... I wonder how many are actually available?

Yeah, I am operating under the assumption that I will not be drawn for GA. It seems like a safe assumption as of now. And my hope is that if someone (who does get drawn for GA) is unable to attend, they try to coordinate a time to release them back onto the F2F.

Still no news for Indy? I’ll def be seeking 2 if anyone has extras. I know,  dibs for the guy who started the thread, haha.

Is there a thread listing which shows they have sent out notifications for?
  • darwinstheorydarwinstheory Posts: 6,460
No, nothing yet. Not very optimistic either. If you head over to the Porch, there is a thread dedicated to sandwiches, ticket drawing results and the litany of issues and complaints with how this "lottery" has been run.

Well I got my ticket email about an hour ago. (Sung to LA Woman)

Hopefully some of you did as well.  There is a chance that my work schedule will interfere and I will be certainly looking to put them back in the pot for other TC members to access. But for now, I’m thrilled.

Congrats! If your work schedule does interfere, please come back around here to post when you plan to release your tickets back on F2F. Or better yet, try to coordinate it with someone so the tix stay with the real fans!

Still ISO someone who got lucky in the lottery and/or Verified Fan that may be releasing some tix when we are allowed to.

I’ve got a pair that I’ll be selling once the seating is confirmed. I don’t have a low member # however.

Hey Blue11 - I know we’re all awaiting the update. What was your initial seat assignment?I’m hoping ill be moved closer. I do have a relatively low number (134xxx) and my initial seat assignment was 18th Row on Mike’s side. I’m trying to get a feel of where others have been placed and gauge if I’ll be pushed closer or stay about the same. I’ll be kinda pissed if I’m further back. Maybe there’s no way to tell yet.

First assignment was section H, row K. Then it was section F, row W. I’m not expecting great seat assignments but my friend also got tickets and he has a better member # so we’ll be using his tickets.
Aside from the current state of seat assignments, I’m not happy with Ticketmaster charging my card and then refunding it and charging it again. I’m in Canada and the difference in exchange rates between the activity dates certainly cost me a few extra $$.

I don't want to step on the OP , but I wouldn't care where they were under the shed.

@Blue11 Thanks for replying! I would be happy to coordinate the time for a drop once F2F goes live.

Huh. Well your number is a little better than mine. So maybe I’ll be staying put and you’ll get bumped up to A, B, or C.    Back in the day, you and I would have been in the same group (like, 100xxx to 200xxxx) and whoever got in will call line from that group sooner would get the better seat.  Or, there would have been random picks out of the groups so you didn’t have to fuss with Will call. So one show I’d be closer than you, and the next you’d be closer than me, but we’d always be better than someone in the 200xxx- 300xxx group. Maybe that’s what they are doing again. They’ve done it so many diff ways over the years that Seniority based seating could mean a number of things. GL to us both!

I ended up keeping the same seats. I’m happy but was hoping for maybe a bump up. How’d you make out ?

    Bump - still looking

Had someone else who was going to work out a planned drop, but the person decided to release them.

Are you for sure going, or waiting on a ticket first?

Why would he for sure go if he doesn't have a ticket lined up?

I was just going to do a person to person transfer vs a timed drop. It’s in the pavilion but last row. Go Irish!
