No, at this point we are all waiting for the announcement. I think the tour is pretty much closed
  • O2 London is my preference but surely for a Friday / Saturday it’s going to be Hyde Park again.
I just prefer being indoors. 😀
As an old fart who hates festivals I much prefer the indoor experience.
TOTALLY AGREE WITH U! INDOOR MUCH BETTER THAN BIG OUTDOOR VENUE. ALWAYS

Next week could be it. A few people mentioning February, however, I think it’ll be coming in January.
  • Really hoping Vienna Prague for the two cancelled shows and Budapest are included. Very happy with two Berlin and Barcelona if confirmed and the usual 2 Amsterdam. Don't care for festival shows.

I hope in what you wrote (by mid-January at the latest) but I don't want to feel disappointed. It seems clear to me that the new manager of the band has different ideas/approach than K.S. (and what K.S. - or whoever did - in previously PJ tour announcements).

    June 22 - Dublin - Marlay Park
    June 25 - Manchester
    June 28 & 29 - London

    ..

Best way to travel to & from these cities?

If you mean travelling between each show in order. Dublin to Manchester would be a very short flight and ryanair would be the cheapest airline. Train between Manchester and London

    Yes. Thank you!

Hi D - hope you make it over to Ireland and England next year! For trains use the CrossCountry website service: https://www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk

You can book upto 90 days in advance of the day/time you want to travel for cheaper tickets. For example, travelling from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston tomorrow is approx £57.00 (one way), whereas 90 days from now (next March) is £28.00 (one way).  Takes about 2 hours for the journey and there are trains every 30 mins or so. Then just use the Tube when you get into London to get to wherever you need.

This is good advice. However, the main train operating company between Manchester and London is Avanti West Coast.
They often offer cheaper fares via their website than are available through others.
Most train operating companies will sell tickets for others journeys, but offers may be restricted to their own.
You can book via Avanti at https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/.
It can also be worth looking into split ticketing to see if you can save money. www.trainsplit.com for this.

Flights from Dublin to Manchester represent the cheapest route. However, if you've a couple of days to spare or wanted to explore North Wales, a ferry from Dublin to Holyhead is cheap as a foot passenger, www.irishferries.com or www.stenaline.co.uk for these. There is a rail service between Holyhead, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, served by Avanti (website as above) or Transport for Wales at www.tfw.wales.

D'oh - forgot about Avanti - pretty embarrassing as I commute to Manchester on the train quite a bit...! Thanks for the extra info :)

There are definitely people who know. The guy throwing around phrases like “informed speculation” and hinting that the possible album title somehow means a show in a previously unmentioned city ain’t one of them. Given that I’m 2 hrs from said city and have been awaiting a nearby show again for over ten years, not really here for being trolled.
But yeah, the people still doubting Facemeltor’s mom & such sound dumb.

    Indeed.

The people who say "Eddie was in the same city as the test site for the Sphere" are gonna be disappointed when the Sphere doesn't happen.

This was Boston.com’s listing of the best concerts at Fenway, polled via its readers:

Just about every female pop artist, I'm guessing. Didn't Britney do it in a circular cage? Of course, in 2023, people were raving over Taylor's stage dive like it was hot shit. She had a giant inflatable bag to dive into.

I think, but I could be wrong, that the timing of a tour announcement has never been one of the things that concerns Pearl Jam (or any other band).

One thing has nothing to do with the other. I've been around as long as this board has existed.

What I do know is that you frequently post bait-y info like that in rumor threads and while I don't know if you've ever been right, you've been wrong or misleading multiple times.
