TM definitely does some aggressive things and the buyer in the lawsuit might find something to hang their hat on (not sure if anything illegal in that situation) but to all of us who buy tickets just be careful not to pay $800 for nosebleeds and you should be okay!

I was hoping this thread was about a lawsuit regarding the debacle that was the Toronto F2F experience. Was looking forward to getting back $3.54 after the lawyers got paid.
