    I agree with Eugene earlier with Grand Rapids 2006.  Has the extended "time heals the wounds, that no one can see!" portion that I love.  It is such a great song live.  One of the all time best IMO.  Hated its strange disappearance in the last tour.  I did listen to the Atlantic City 2005 version and I agree it is fantastic.  I then listened to the MSG 2010 version that blew me away when I was at the show and it was indeed great as well.  It was only 7:40 long unlike the 10 minute versions from 2006 but still great.  It had a great Matt solo at the end of the jam portion.  I will have to check out some of these others listed here.
