Just did two separate deals to add 1, 4, and 6 to my collection. That should leave 3, 5, 7, and 9 left to complete the set. Wish I'd been a 10C member all along to get these as they were released.

Keep checking the 10club store for random vinyl drops for 5, 7 & 9 down the road. Doubt they will drop any Vault 3 vinyl. Many years back they put up a few Vault vinyl releases in the shop.
Will do, thanks. I don't mind paying some above retail but a lot of these I see on eBay are more than I feel comfortable spending. Maybe I'll get lucky here.
Some times you can negotiate on Discogs but just be careful not to get burned. I acquired a few on there that were reasonable.

Buy from Discogs fans who have accounts created over 2+ years.

Also check the Lost Dogs section here for sales.
Lost Dogs is where I found the 3 I just added. I have purchased from Discogs a bunch but I won't buy from anyone who doesn't have extensive seller feedback.

Great. Yeah man keep an eye out in the Lost Dogs forum. Start up a thread there that you are ISO those 4 copies.

    All the best.

Crossing fingers the Vault 12 release will be a show that will blow our minds. Maybe not a USA show? Something during the Jack Irons era?

I know that it isn't definitive, but the number of people on Discogs who "have" the Vault's is:

    Vault 1 - Moore Theatre, Seattle 1/17/92-----1,300
    Vault 2 - Vic Theatre, Chicago 8/2/07-----1,200
    Vault 3 - Constitution Hall, DC 9/19/98-----1,100
Vault 4 - Mt Baker Theatre, Bellingham 5/10/00-----1,600
    Vault 5 - Aladdin Theatre, Vegas 11/30/93------1,400
    Vault 6 - The Forum, LA 7/13/98------1,400
    Vault 7 - Soldier Field, Chicago 7/11/95-----1,400
    Vault 8 - Adams Centre, Missoula 8/29/05----877
    Vault 9 - Mercer Centre, Seattle 12/8/93-----1,300
    Vault 10 - iWireless Center, Moline 10/17/14-----1,300

    For comparison:
    No Code 2016 reissue----3000
    No Code (Coke Bottle)----1,600
    Live @ Third Man----4,800
    Live @ Easy Street-----4,400
    Live @ Easy Street Red----945
    Lightning Bolt Red----412
    Gigaton--------3,700
    Give Way------2,500
    Give Way Clear---746
    Backspacer----6,800
    Ten Purple Reissue---7,600
    Vitalogy 2011 Reissue---11,600

There are all sorts of reasons for the discrepancies---but it is interesting to see that all of the Vaults are between 1100 and 1600 "haves" with most in the 1400 range.  Oddly the Missoula Vault seems to be the outlyer with only 877 "haves"...but that doesn't seem to have an effect on the price.

    Great detective work.

Surprised Vault 8 is that low on numbers.

I wonder if these numbers include for people who have multiple copies.  I personally have two copies each of Vault 3, 6 & 10.

I mean, can we get something new?  There's some amazing Berlin '96 boots out there sourced from soundboard. How about any other other show from the No Cod etour?  jones Beach?

I have Vaults 1-9 but couldn’t pull the trigger on Moline because the shipping was insane.

I’d convinced myself I was done… but Atlanta is on its way and I have a Moline-sized gap in my collection :anguished:

In time you will own the Moline vinyl. Hopefully the 10club store will randomly drop copies.

Speaking of Discogs - the release the baffles me with incredibly low numbers is the Eddie Vedder / Steve Goodman (All the Way -Go Cubs Go) release. This shows up at like 200 "haves". That's pretty low.

I would have liked the reissue of the Atlanta 94 show to have been a copy of the dissident with the red cover and on red vinyl, it would have gone down excellently in an RSD.....maybe later

Do we know how many were pressed? Thought TMR posted on their Instagram page that it was a super limited edition run. I'm guessing an edition of 500.

Yeah....I don't know the pressing figures myself. That 500 number seems to line up. From memory, you had to purchase a special ticket to a Cubs game in order to get the record. I know TMR has a done a couple of these in coordination with the Cubs. There is a Grateful Dead one out there too.

I almost bought tickets to the game for my niece & her husband so they could get the vinyl for me but I think they were something like $80/each so I passed. Looking back now I'm kicking myself for not buying them.

Dissident wasn't the complete shows.  Very doubtful that they make another vinyl version of the same show.

All this tells me is that there are about 1300-1400 very diligent PJ collectors on Discogs. From what I've gathered from my anecdotal discogs-ing, from releases for other bands I enjoy, that have a set limited run, anywhere between 20% - 40% of the copies are registered on discogs. So to extrapolate it out, those numbers are probably about a 1/4 to a 1/3 of those runs if we are looking for an idea of the runs.

In general, definitely agree.  But pearl jam collectors are a bit more freakish and many of them are collecting purely on opportunism, that is to say to flip these when the time is right.  I would bet that these numbers are closer to 50-60% correct for Vault Vinyl owners.

I have the complete set minus #3. All sealed. Ready to part with them. Hate to break the set would prefer to sell complete to a good home, but could break up in child potentially. DM me if interested in jump starting your vault collection.
