    Of interest:

It's the 31st anniversary of this epic show.

2/19/92 - Albani Bar of Music: Winterthur, Switzerland (acoustic)
notes: Finding themselves in a venue with an extremely tiny stage, PJ elects to rent acoustic guitars and Dave sets up a kick drum and bongo, going for an acoustic show. The latter part of the set becomes a jam session. Even in this small space, Ed climbs to the second floor, goes over all of the spectators' heads and falls into the crowd on the main floor.

(Where the hell has the time gone?)

Wish we could go back in time to see that performance live.

One week from today. Not expecting many songs from Ed but I do think this will be a pretty cool experience.
words seem so out of place.

  • A really incredible night. The oldest and least looking PJ/EV crowd you will ever see but Eddie was still the crowd favorite just ahead of Jelly Roll who was excellent.

Just Breathe was fantastic and Eddie admitted some mistakes during Maybe It's Time. He said that Nashville is the wrong audience for mistakes.

Great stories, great music and a fantastic cause.

I had never seen/listened to Jelly Roll before and agreed, he was amazing. Might have actually been my favorite of the night.  I heard Billy Strings may have had the flu but was wondering why he wasn’t there.

Great night though! It was definitely an older/typical Opry crowd

Prob would have been a good chance to meet Ed outside...shake him down for picks and sigs. Fewer crazy fans then at pj shows. Next time or never.

Yes, I thought the same but guessing based on the venue they have it where artists can drive in to a gated area. Ed didn’t even arrive until right when the show started.

Great day to hit up Gruhns or Third Man

side note on Jelly.. know him personally and he’s a class act across the board.
