RIP Loretta Lynn The Coal Miners Daughter

https://www.countryliving.com/life/entertainment/a41515146/dolly-parton-reba-mcentire-loretta-lynn-death-reactions/

She was one of a kind.  Sad day.  Huge for the Opry and Country Music.  She was 90.

She's most famous for her song Coal Miners Daughter and also for setting up a residency at The Grand Ol opry which was unheard of at the time she was doing it.  You want an interesting biography?  Read up on hers.

Sucks. I was hoping for so long that she would perform again, but I was just too late. She was such an amazing talent and really my favorite female country singer.

She was a very talented artist, and kicked down the doors of the perceived role of what females in music could and couldn't do.

Had one of her records. May have thinned it out. Got to dig.
