Jackie Johnson from KCAL 9 news rocks! (PJ related)

Just watching the 10:00 news broadcast on KCAL 9 in Southern California when the news anchors asked Jackie Johnson (the weather girl) what tune she would play if she was driving on the highway. Her response:

"Probably some Pearl Jam...always my go-to band."

The anchors just laughed and said, "I knew it." Sounds like she must be a pretty big PJ fan. :)

    she used to post here. she even shared/ traded tickets with a friend of mine on here that doesnt post anymore.

    Of COURSE you will! :D My brother thought he was all cool one day and came to me and said "jackie johnson is a way bigger pearl jam fan than you. she was being interviewed and they asked her what would be HER ideal person to interview. she said eddie vedder because he is my idol and i live and breathe pearl jam!" I just looked at him and said 'i know moron. she posts on the board with me!' :D

    She used to be the weather girl in Miami then moved to Cali.I miss those morning weather reports.Ask almost any construction worker in Miami and they will know who she is.Never knew she was a PJ fan.

    Thats cool. I bet she has a ton of spare time to queue up PJ in the meterological office of her news station...

    I mean come on, how hard is it to be a weather person in So Cal or Miami?

    Sure you have the Santa Annas', and there is of course hurricane season, but I think those two locales are second only to Phoenix in "why the hell do I need to watch the weather!" ;)

    i'm a fan of hers too. not because of her accomplishments though. I'm just a fan because as a newscaster, there is no way for us to know if she is really wearing pants or not. Keep me guessing Jackie!
