So if it maps something like Minneapolis --> Chicago --> Noblesville from the beginning of Sept to Sept 10 where do we think it could go from there? It seems like Mansfield is in play so you would think they go east. Detroit/Ohio/Pitt/Baltimore/Philly/NY/Hartford/Boston. It's taking shape a little which is exciting2013: London
2016: Ottawa
2018: Wrigley 1 & 2
2022: Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto
2023: Innings Fest (EV), Ft Worth 1 & 2, Austin 1 & 2
2024: Seattle 1 & 20 -
Go Animal said:Spring is here. Looks like there WERE plans for a short Spring run, but those got shelved. Matt has been jamming with 3rd Secret, Ed's staying active, but the thing that really raised my eyebrows was Stone appearing on the new Iggy Pop record. The one produced by Andrew Watt.Which leads me to believe we're closer to a new record than we realize. Watt always has 2 or 3 records in the works, and with his wide network of clients, it's almost like the late 80's with Jeff Lynne. "Hey, while we're making this record... you wanna be on THIS record?", "Hey, come play on mine too." etc. etc.I know they've demoing for sure since last year. The only thing I don't know, is how far along on the record they are. Watt takes a different approach than Brendan, or PJ themselves.I started the thread with the 2016 tour as inspiration, but realized a little while ago, that it's more like 2008 at this point. Demo here, record there, quick run of 11-13 shows, a mix of outdoor venues & arenas. Just add 15 years, a few family members, and Ohana festThere's always room for festival dates, or special gigs like Third Man, but I feel this (or something like this) will be what we have in store. As always, if this isn't the plan, consider it a pitch
